Wtf?
You had your blood pressure taken at the ENT? LOL That's new one. Blood pressure readings determine whether you are hypotensive, normal, pre-hypertensive, hypertensive, high-hypertensive or simply living on borrowed time with a BP at 212/150 like a friend of mine. Add 2,000mg. of calcium to that mix plus your minerals and be diligent about taking them and that bp will come down naturally.
Took it today at ENT doctor and it was 138/78. Took it again at home and most reading were in the 140's.
Plan is to give it one more week at 20mg. With an increase in N2guard, 1000mg of magnesium, 1000mg of potassium, 2000mg tuarine, and the 600mg Hawthorne berries everyday. And see what happens. If it doesn't drop then ill drop the dbol and see what happens.
If I go to the doctor what's the best drug to ask for with the least side???
Btw way I dropped 2lbs since yesterday since I started the potassium, mag, tuarine, Hawthorne.
