This is a great budget pre workout. This is also the first pre workout I ever tried, and have had a couple tubs since. The blue raspberry flavor tastes great! However, there's a form of pepper extract they put into the mix that leaves the last little refinance of the drink a bit spicy, enough to give your tongue a good burn. Energy wise it's on par with many of the top selling preworkouts, but it does lack in the pump department. Overall I've enjoyed it and always end up back on a run of it if funds are getting tight.
