Hope everyone is well, just thought I’d drop by to offer a tip regarding purchasing from Aussie vendors with Crypto!
As a lot of you would have experienced, Aussie banks and crypto exchanges are becoming tighter with crypto purchases. Most are now ringing up to confirm you aren’t being scammed or asking what you are buying/using the crypto for.
A tip to help bypass this, or to lessen the amount of annoying calls you get is to use a intermediary wallet, and not withdraw from an exchange directly to a vendors wallet.. for example - buy crypto at the exchange and withdraw to your personal wallet (exodus is great and user friendly).. then you can send crypto from exodus to the vendor. This allows the exchange to see that you are storing the crypto in your own wallet and a valid reason to be purchasing it.
Hopefully this will help ease the pain in using crypto to buy from any of the great Aussie vendors
