Creatine question

How long does it take for creatine to be effective in the body?
How many days would I expect for it to be active in the body?
 
I would say if you take it daily for a week you will start seeing changes.

Your body needs to replenish 1-3 grams of creatine per day. You can get 1-2 grams by eating red meat and seafood, which naturally contain that amount per pound. Supplements will certainly help!
If you are a work-out guy I usually find it beneficial to take it after exercise or work out.
