Diet help advice !

So in july I will be doing test c 500 mg / week for 12 weeks and tbol 60 mg ed 1-6 with aromasin .5 mg eod !!! That being said , i need some sample example . How would a week of clean food looks like ? I am ectomorph and my goal is to get from 172 to 180-185 and gains alot of strenght !! If any one could give me some meal example for a day or a week it would be very nice !! Keep it basic , thank you !
 
Depends on your day, but I usually stick to 6 meals a day

Breakfast @ 5:30 am: 8 egg whites, 4 oz ham, and some oatmeal or granola (whatever I'm feeling that day)

Post workout shake @ 7:30am

Lunch #1 @ 10:00 am- 8-12 oz turkey, 1 cup minute rice

Lunch #2 @ 1:00 pm- 15-16 oz chicken breast, cooked broccoli

Dinner @ 6:00 pm- (I cut back on carbs after lunch) 14-16 oz tilapia

Low carb protein shake @ 8:00 pm
 
bro have you thought of going heavy on steak...my bulks are mainly red meat steak bulkers...
 
Here is a day of my diet when cutting
Meal one 16 oz fish half sweet tatter
Meal two 10'oz chicken
Meal three 16 oz ground chicken
Meal four 16 oz fish half sweet tatter
Meal five 16 oz ground turkey
