Elitebody.ca Shipping delay

Hey everyone, im a new member here and i just would like some insight about a order i made on elitebody the 2nd may , originally on the 30th of april but made an adjustment. Is it normal that my order still has not been sent out and has anyone encountered some issues regarding shipping delays ? Ive been given a reason why its delayed but still feel uneasy about this situation and starting to wonder if ive been scammed . I have currently run out of test and masteron for almost 2 weeks now due to being scammed by other sites . I am just wondering if i should just place another order with a different approved site . I just want to say elitebody.ca rep has been very polite in our email exchange and this post is in no way trying to slander them just crashing hard and starting to worry

Only spoke to [email protected], is there an approved site thats known to be super fast in canada? Im in a bad position where my house caught fire and lost 6 month supply and decided to try some new websites , turn out alot of scams or bunk gear out there now im rushing to find legit supply due too having none and in a middle of a cycle . One thing I can assure you is that you will get your order. I'm sure the reason he gave you was something that truly would hold back the order and it's great to hear he is liaising with you to keep you posted on it.

Damn bro I'm sorry to hear this. I would convey this to @pur-pharma-canada and if it's not out yet he may be able to put a rush on it for you; whatever you do stick to our approved suppliers and you won't have to worry about scams or bunk gear.

While it is true we are a little behind this week, and we have been 100% honest with the patrons that have inquired.

@LevButlerov @HarleyGuy We have DM'd @Definitely Not An Athlete to just make sure he has been heard and verify the order in question.

For everyone else, we have mentioned this before and it is part of the email notifications we send out as your order is processed.
It can take a day, maybe two in order to confirm your order payments.
A notification is sent that it can take 1-3 days to process before being shipped out.
A notification is sent when it is being processed.
A notification is sent when it has shipped, along with ANOTHER notification with the tracking.
Sometimes unavoidable things come up that may delay an order.
You can send us an email or DM and we will tell you whats up.
We do pride ourselves on top customer service, and we ALWAYS answer emails, and try hard to do so within 24h.

In life sometimes things come up, even tragic events, which can slow down business when personal matters take precedence and for that I personally would always understand and be patient.
