Endurance Thread

I like the Winny and Eq... My 400 meter sprints times are increased by 3-5 seconds after 2 weeks and 1500 meter swim times are made better by 5 min after 3 weeks.
 
Bro I have ran test very high and cycled raced pulled long death marches and never had a bloated belly. I always focus on core exercise though I wish I could show you my core workout you will be shredded plus bike it's all lean
 
I am moving up to half ironman this year but I live for the sprint distance, especially if you are in a draft illegal race. I love having to time trial technical courses and then dropping people on the run. My swim is pretty mediocre though. Power and speed interests me more than endurance and pacing.
 
Track work: Go to Hal Higdon.com, it has everything you need. Start by working out everyday at the track on 400s 800s, and speed 1.5 miles. Plyometric training. This will increase your power and speed! With the swimming: spend at least an hour at the pool doing 200 meter sprints. Its hell but its what you want for performance.

So ever since I've started my cycle, my results have been good, but I'm having a weight problem. I'm up about 8-12 lbs. I'm about 8 weeks into my cycle. My diet is good and I don't seem to be carrying around any extra fat at all. Not that I can tell. I have a half ironman in just 4 weeks and I somehow have to drop this weight. Should I get off of the TestP? Not sure what else to do. I could start cutting my calorie intake, but that could mess up my power on the bike and my training volume is stepping up for the next three weeks. In need of some wisdom badly.

110mg test P per week.
220 mg EQ per week.
20mg GW per day.
12.5 mg liquid aromasin every other day.

My training looks like this:

Cycling 140-200 miles per week
Running 20-25 miles per week
Swimming 6000-9000 yards per week
 
Get with Kai for pharma aromasin. That stuff will drop the water weight. I was on 100mg prop per week. Gained 10lbs water while on another aromasin brand. Got kais aromasin tablets and leaned out in a week. Lost the water and upped my test prop to 175mgs week.
 
And also......... Don't drop the test P now. You are too close to your event. It will be better at this point to carry the weight than drop the test but the Aromasin tabs should do the trick.
 
Interesting thread, I hadn't really thought about gear in terms of endurance as opposed to power\aesthetics.

I know that when I was big into mountain biking I would love to pop a few Ephedrine before I started. Nothing would help me power up climbs better, completely eliminated any lung burn. Of course that solution isn't for everyone, I remember taking a friend on a ride and giving him a few beforehand. After one of the nastier climbs he legit thought he was having a heart attack.
 
Guys I need some serious help. My performance is way down, so is my endurance and power numbers. I am cramping all the time and my face is puffy. I am on an AI and it did get the bloating down but its not totally gone. I also have huge variations between my on and off days in how much energy I have. I decided to cut the var out. I am convinced what I have is most likely not real anavar. I also brought my test dosage down. I am in a mad scramble!! I have a race coming up in less than a month and for whatever reason I am having trouble maintaing the peak I was at a mere 4 weeks ago!
any tips would be appreciated. I dont know if coming off now would be such a great idea

Trying to revive this thread as I'm about to run GW, S4, and Anavar.

TheAviator: did you ever get your FTP increased after your cycle? Are gains on SARMs lost after ending a cycle?
