I like the Winny and Eq... My 400 meter sprints times are increased by 3-5 seconds after 2 weeks and 1500 meter swim times are made better by 5 min after 3 weeks.
Track work: Go to Hal Higdon.com, it has everything you need. Start by working out everyday at the track on 400s 800s, and speed 1.5 miles. Plyometric training. This will increase your power and speed! With the swimming: spend at least an hour at the pool doing 200 meter sprints. Its hell but its what you want for performance.
Who knows. You are comparing research liquids to pharmaceutical product. Im a believer in pharma. My experience with Aromasin is that there can be a huge difference in brands.Will the Aromasin tabs work much better than the liquid aromasin I'm using now?

Not likely. Power goes way up on test. Hematocrit does also. Higher hematocrit, higher Vo2 max. It out weighs the water retention in my opinion.Would the extra water also be stressing my heart and hindering my Vo2 max?
What's you protocol?Guys I need some serious help. My performance is way down, so is my endurance and power numbers. I am cramping all the time and my face is puffy. I am on an AI and it did get the bloating down but its not totally gone. I also have huge variations between my on and off days in how much energy I have. I decided to cut the var out. I am convinced what I have is most likely not real anavar. I also brought my test dosage down. I am in a mad scramble!! I have a race coming up in less than a month and for whatever reason I am having trouble maintaing the peak I was at a mere 4 weeks ago!
any tips would be appreciated. I dont know if coming off now would be such a great idea
