I've recently posted a thread on a oral only dbol cycle for a first timer with the pct etc. Has got me thinking dbol probably isn't going to achieve my goals.
sed in the UK. I'm 35, 5ft 10 and currently 11 stone, my bodyfat is 15%. I have been training for 5 years and not done any gear before. I felt my training had plateaued over the last year.
My diet is solid and structured and split into smaller meals throughout the day. Training 5 days a week, happy with that too and I've now got over the plateau and size is coming again.
Want another stone of lean mass, I know I'm not going to find this over night and guess it will be a bulking and then cutting cycles, i appricate theres no quick fix!
