First time bulk cycle

Im looking for a first time bulk cycle like is available on worldpharma.com but i heard they were a scam from several other sites. So my question is does anyone know where i could get a good cycle of stuff like website wise with good reviews? Im looking for like dianabol, anadrol, sustanon 250 a pct, and milk thistle.

What are your stats? How many calories are you taking in and how much of that is protien?
 
Im currently 6'3 about 180. I was at about 206 a month ago but couldnt workout and didnt each much when i moved in with my gf for the first time but now im back to eating around 3500-4000 a day but when i get my cycle bought i will bump that up to around 5000 calories a day or more.
 
Id like to just take orals but ik thats terrible on the liver and not the most effective way to add mass on so injectibles would be fine with me if need be.
 
I would suggest a test only cycle. 500mg for 10 weeks. Results could be dramatic if your training and diet are dialed in. Pct
 
Agree test cycle for your first cycle man, the biggest part will be your diet and training. Any steroid you do if you don't have diet and training down won't really help much.
 
Test e at 500mg for sure. Im 6'2 and started AAS at 200lbs. First cucle was very dramatic. Hold off on the orals. Do some research around here. Great sources here just make 100% sure they are in the review section and that you are happy with the reviews before you order.

5000 calories is good man but make sure its not just junk. You want a clean 5000. Minimum 50% of that protein.
 
Okay guys thanks and another big thing i realized way back when like a year ago when i was going to start aas cycling was the pre cycle blood tests for overall health. Is this really necessary as i hate doctors to be honest and dont want to waste the money that could be used for the test e cycle, food, and supps.

It's good to know for you and if you are going to get bloods after your on the test but plenty of people don't do so really it's just up to you
 
I'm on my fourth cycle in 3 years. My first two were Sust 250. I weighed around 135lbs for the first go. I put on 30lbs of mixed water/muscle/fat. My diet was terrible and my pct was just as bad. I finally got my shit together for my second run. I put on around 25lbs of leaner gains, and after proper pct was able to hold on to around 18lbs. These vets know what they're talking about on here. There's tons info on Evo for those who are willing to use it. Good luck bro and don't listen when that Double QP starts calling your name!
 
Thanks for all the help guys ill try my best i seemed to be peaking around 205-210 last year so i might wait to reach that weight before i start my first cycle because then ill have more expendable money lets call it as im tight now for the test, food and supps i take. One other question though, ik you can lose all the gains as the guy above me was talking about so how do i keep what i gain with the test? Like as much as i can if not all i know, just looking for the best ways to keep your gains.

Yes listen to Dallas he didnt become the hulk from lack of knowledge.. But your diet is way more important than anything i learned the hard way by not eating enough and wondered why i wasnt growin. Haha

ps someone tell me how to eat 5000 cal a day when you work outside in the south with a heat index of 110 everyday. To hot to eat. It makes me throw up. Dallas whats the secret?

Just get your pct in line and make sure you finish your cycle out and let your body build itself up and stay there for a while.... A lot of guys that don't keep their gains don't take their pct seriously and their cycle plus a lot of weight they do gain is water and fat. I usually lose very little coming off cycle but I'll tell you this because it's going around, now that you made this thread you will probably get messages wanting you to buy gear please don't and if it seems fishy it is. If you do get a message let us know, a lot of scamming going on man

I work outside bro, it ain't 110 but it's high 90's. I eat cold foods and stuff I know don't make me sick pb&j sandwich turkey sandwich nothing on it. I mix my protein with water not milk just try stuff man till you figure out what works for you.
 
Hey bro . If is your first cyce I suggest. Sust at 500/week . Then maybe kik it up to 750 after week 4. Eat like a fukin pig. Make sure your protein intake is twice your body weight A day. You'll fukin grow . Trust me.
 
Okay i def will get the pct for my cycle but so test e at 500mg ans should i add anything else to my cycle as well as the test? I was thinking about getting rich pianas liver protector during my cycle its got good reviews on it and god knows we all know hes been on roids for 25+ years as he claims lol oh and the 5000calorie thing was tough for me too i would just make 2 mass shakes a day at like 1200 calories one in morning and one before bed with milk as my casein protein source slow digesting and eating every 2 1/2 to 3 hours every day. Little meals like 500 calories go along way too like spaghetti o s that were the best for me at 79 cents a can along with a half gallon of whole milk a day and tuna and chicken cans.
 
Bro .I eat tuna and chix most of the time. Protein shakes are a must . I'm not a big eater . But I try . You'll b fine. I would pin sus instead of test if I Wer u .
 
Yea. Keep it simple for your first brother .Work your way up . You got time . Mine are slow steady gains. The best way to keep gains. Slow and steady ones. Ha ha .
 
I love sust and will be on it soon but my one concern with it being his first time is a lot of people can't run sust, that's the only reason I would go with test e over it and if you need a little kick start get some dbol boom perfect and pretty cheap.
 
Okay so a test e and dbol cycle maybe? I wonder how good of a cycle that would be to run and at what doseages and stuff for how many weeks of each doseage, would anyone know?
 
I'm def a fan of the sust for packing on the gains! Hard to beat if you're using it as a stand alone.
 
Yea i bet im a newbie at this stuff i know what they all are but like not the benefits of each except that sus isnt good for quick cycling it needs to be used year round i believe. Test can be cycled on and off along with d bol
 
The main thing is to do it all right , and have everything just as US and others have said. From the gear to the AI/ PCT , meal plan, schedule. ....My first bulk cycle was fun, and so is this one. SUST is a staple in my diet , not sure what you are trying to do....just keep it simple eat big , train
and learn
 
Im trying to get to where i was at like 205 where i plateaued i feel for like 2 months. I want to reach that naturally then use the aas to see where i can get with the proper diet and training along with aas at my 205 weight and go up from there. Does anyone know if a dbol only cycle would be any good at like 30mgs? I am hearing from others it was a good first time 6 week cycle and alot was water weight but gains are kept by continuing pct, diet and training up accordingly and for the price and convenience of the pill.
 
Don't just do dbol do test as well, you have to be careful who you get advice from man. Dbol will put some size on you but you need to do a longer cycle so your body can get use to being that size, if you swell up fast and stop taking it there goes your size.
 
Okay ill do both i think i like that stack dbol and test e. Now regarding my pct i dont want these two drugs to make me and invilid so what should i take to get myself back onto my normal teat levels and such after taking these two aas drugs and for how long till i return to normal levels with my body producing natural test to begin another cycle if i want?

Everyone is different bro, I can't tell you what your body will do and how fast it will do it lol I'm not your doctor or a doctor. If I were you I would just get something for estrogen maybe something for your kidneys and a test booster. There's tons and tons of stuff out there just Google it and pick what you think will help you the best. Don't take this the wrong way but we ain't here to spoon feed you, you gotta do some work on your own it makes your cycle more fun!
 
Yea man haha i understand completely and i like to learn new stuff as well i just didnt know what drugs did what the best like say gain weight and such.
