I just did my first pin of my life the other day with 250mg of Hammer's Test Cyp and 75mg of his Test Prop in the glute. I still have some PIP two days later, but it was my first pin ever so it could just be virgin muscles. On a scale of 1-10 it's probably a 3.
I have another pin of just 75mg Prop today so I will update later with the PIP on that. I'm still trying to decide on my quad or delt.
Ya that is strange. Last time ran t400 and could barely walk for a few days. I'll try the delt tonight maybe I will have better luck I'll run 100/100 maybe it will help.
Wednesday 2ml of Cyp and Prop in right glute - still sore today, but I was shaky during the pin as it was my first time. It got better during my back work out though. I am about to soak in an epsom salt bath.
Friday .75ml Prop in the left quad - just a little soreness so far, not too bad at all.
Tomorrow 1.75ml of Cyp and Prop in the left glute - hopefully I will be more still this time. I will hit legs after to try and help.
