I am on day 15 after submitting the first help ticket for the fake Ultima test enanthate. I received 12 vials 10+2 of the matching batch number MT009662. I have submitted photos with the help ticket of the boxes and the water clear test that was even admitted openly on ultimas website and only response I have gotten 3-4 seperate times was “I will forward this to upper management”, or “I’ll forward this to senior management”. Has anyone actually had napsgear give them a resolution yet? Ive posted twice in the Q&A section on naps also and it seems like they are trying to silence me . I’ve been a customer for almost 12 years and this experience and how it’s been handled has been piss poor. @jasonhill800
