I am on day 15 after submitting the first help ticket for the fake Ultima test enanthate. I received 12 vials 10+2 of the matching batch number MT009662. I have submitted photos with the help ticket of the boxes and the water clear test that was even admitted openly on ultimas website and only response I have gotten 3-4 seperate times was “I will forward this to upper management”, or “I’ll forward this to senior management”. Has anyone actually had napsgear give them a resolution yet? Ive posted twice in the Q&A section on naps also and it seems like they are trying to silence me . I’ve been a customer for almost 12 years and this experience and how it’s been handled has been piss poor. @jasonhill800

Yes it’s a batch that tested as vitamin E, and ultima released this publicly on their website apologizing and stating to contact the vendor for credit or replacement. I have PM’d @jasonhill800 and haven’t had a response from him yet. Here is a photo of the batch of enanthate that was tested and photos from ultimas website. They had a batch of testE250, test cyp250, and HGH that all tested as bunk.

Yes it’s a batch that tested as vitamin E, and ultima released this publicly on their website apologizing and stating to contact the vendor for credit or replacement. I have PM’d @jasonhill800 and haven’t had a response from him yet. Here is a photo of the batch of enanthate that was tested and photos from ultimas website. They had a batch of testE250, test cyp250, and HGH that all tested as bunk.
Yes i know about the Ultima situation unfortunate @Daxman23 thats why i dont trust China oils

I'm sure it will be fine man. They will replace it with something else.

You'll get the replacement for the bad batches from ultima (which batch numbers are mentioned by ultima in announcement on its website)

bro this an Ultima problem. it happened to every source been well known
like when i sold bad manure to customers, i replaced it no problems
I’m not trying to blame napsgear 100%. I know this ultimately is ultimas fault. Naps is just the middle man vendor. I’ve been a naps customer for 12 years, I’ve just never seen an issue take over 2 weeks to have a resolution. In the past I had a 10+1 gray tops HGH order get lost in the mail and naps only took like 3 days to have a replacement sent out. This has been over 2 weeks to get a credit for $480 test order that’s well known to be bunk.
I'm sure it will be fine man. They will replace it with something else.
I will update the situation on here whenever naps and I come to a resolution. I’m not trying to shit all over them. Like I said I know they are just the vendor and ultimately it’s ultimas fault. I’ve just never seen it take this

Yeah, major screw up on ultimas part. This testE250 batch, a batch of test cyp250, and an HGH batch was all screwed up admittedly by ultima. I’m sure ultimas taking a large hit on this one. At least they openly admitted it trying to save face.

It happens man. These are the types of things that good brands correct. Just like how you have a recall on a product

Napsgear is a fantastic source and they are one of the top in the world so they'll get you squared away.

They’ve always done right by me for almost 12 years, this is the first truly bad experience I’ve had from them. I had a 10+1 HGH order get lost in transit once and they were quick to send out a reshipment…. But this ordeal like I stated started over 2 weeks ago and I still don’t have a resolution. Jason did PM me and we discussed things. Hopefully he can get me squared away. I’ve always had nothing but good things to say about naps and have always taken up for them in their Q&A section.

Bros, we believe you. No need to go crazy, posting up pictures and stuff. They'll get it straightened out. It's something that was a mistake on the brand warehouse not on napsgear.

sometimes these types of mistakes happen man. It's a team between the brand, the source, and everyone in between.

yes its like going to walmart and buying a defective Michelin tire, then getting mad at walmart over it.
