I was wondering if anyone can help. I have an issue with a napsgear domestic order that was accepted on the 28th. It was "shipped" over 10 business days ago. However, shipping just says label created but package has not been received. I've tried to reach out to the companies help desk but there been very little help with long lags to answer a simple question. I have tried to explain this means they just created a label but didn't actually drop anything off .....As of now it ust says label created.. any ideas on what I can do? It's shipping domestic from 2 different locations and has now been over 2 weeks and they have failed to respond...any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I've run out of gear now and didn't go with my normal pharmcom
