HEY Fellas Need assistance

Hahah cant wait bruvah depending on my diet and regime. Im 5'8'' about a year and a half ago i was at 240 lbs at 28 bf and now im at 185 sitting at 14 How much bf% can i loose i wanna see the rest of my abs and can only see the outline of it.. Last time i checked i was at 12% bulked and now im sitting at about 14.. Im going to be running test prop a and tren ace. Going to be my first round with tren. Prop 100 eod and tren ace 100eod .. Im hearing i should let the tren do its work and lowering prop to 75eod just for sexual function. Wanna turn female heads this year.

Fat loss will be mostly from diet and training.. Tren will help a little bit. But don't count on it to much.. I ran prop ace for my first tren run. Was great. Leaned out and got strong. But the sides suck.. Get proper support..
 
My plan was to get getting dostinex .25 twice a week. If there are any more support lemme know.

Definitely need n2guard on tren. Wrecks your blood bad. Cholesterol, , enzymes..

And that's not hearsay I got my own wrecked bloods to prove it. Was terrible
 
Ehhh you shouldnt take roids for females and looking good, you can do that with natty test levels but! As for your abs problem, start training your abs using weights (Cable Crunches), do lots Planks, and do Frog Crunches (Vince Gironda use to do these) and your abs should start developing and becoming thicker. The weighted cable crunches are very important. My bodyfat hasnt changed much but my abs are more noticeable now because i just increased the amount of muscle in them. And just prop would actually be enough if all you want is visible abs with a bit of muscle.

Ahmad.. Hahaha i know its a lame excuse i shouldnt its just one of the perks.. More ever im doing it for myself .. Boost a little morale I have always been a large person.

Forsure.. I have a bottle of milk thistle but im guessing this is an all in one.. Ill look into it
