HGH mixing problem

I am new here and also placed this question under the Anabolic discussion heading.

When I inject the BAC water into the powder vial of HGH the powder vial is pulling the BAC water into the vial very quickly without any pressure on the plunger. I have never had this happen before and am worried that I will damage the HGH powder with the force that the BAC water is being sprayed into the HGH powder... Any ideas what I am doing wrong????? I

use the syringe and inject a half cc or full cc of air into the vial first. then mix the BAC water

The HGH vials are vacum sealed bro .... You WILL damage it if you recklessly spray it in ///Hold the plunger back with your fingers and gently release the BAC water down the side of the vial
