Whenever I took hgh I was so tired I’m lucky didn’t crash my truck. Well I did, actually, but not because I fell asleep. If tire not optimizing sleep already, gh should help you do it! But if I was betting I’d bet that it won’t work as well if you don’t get the sleep, and for most people getting excellent sleep will yield comparable results to mild gh use. I only tried ugl gh for a total of 200 iu. Spiked my blood pressure, gave me crippling carpal tunnel symptoms, possibly made my acne more challenging. But it did make my face look younger and I absolutely was bigger and heavier and I don’t recall ever having any nagging injuries while I was on it, despite hitting regular PRs. This was 4iu/ day.
