It's hard to tell without seeing the product, there's probably thousands of ugl's and 10% could be called hulk labs. I know of a hulk labs and they were ok but it seems like someone else took over or something like that don't quote me and now it's junk.

Yeah bro, a lot of ugls open up shop then fall through not long after. Sad to see if happen so often.

There website would always be shut down whenever i tried to visit it back in 2014. Thus I have avoided it. Interesting name though
