Well you could ask them lol. I'm gonna say both. heck, for what it's worth, I rarely pay for mine. Now I don't live i nthe US so I don't face many of the same issues Yanks do. I've had spare dbol given to me. I had a local lab give me products to try and so on. This is, whether we like it or not, how it works for pros too. A close buddy of mine supported a would be pro with £500 a few years back for 'contest prep'. Fans can and do this. Back in the day (cos you asked about that eras in another post) Arnold et al could get roids from, as they put it, a friendly doc and they weren't then illegal in the US.
