Hello I'm new to the gear world and I want to do a stack and I don't know what to take. Can anyone help me?! If possible I would like to know a good diet plan and routine if possible!
Weight:250
Height: 6'4
Experience: probably moderate I've done BFS and lifted for a while now I'm strong but i want to get slim and get that cut look but I can't seem to get it
 
What about age?
You need a good diet and workout/ cardio for your goal, not steroids
 
Besides all the things they just said which are all true. For a first cycle no need to stack. Start with just testosterone. But you definatly need your diet straightened out and what is your workout regimine like?

I'm 22 years old and I've been going from anywhere from 5-6 days a week I follow some workout routines off of bodybuilding dot com. It generally depends on the routine. Thank you everyone for your feed back so far I really appreciate it!!
 
At 22 you don't need drugs. Get on a good diet and cardio/lifting routine and you will see results. That 6 pack that everyone seems to envy is 90% diet. Steroids are for growth. When you are ready a basic testosterone cycle is best for starting out. Nothing fancy needed.
 
I would shoot to lose a good 30lbs and make sure you have a solid base first. At 22 you have plenty of test. To many jump on the steroid bandwagon before putting in the time and hard work. I say once you can bench 300,squat 400 and DL 500 you should have a decent base. This still doesn't guarantee it though. Just a natural goal.

Before you do anything.. You need to read. I mean we can suggest test for you... But a routine? A diet plan? These things are going to be incredibly subjective and tailored to the individual. One thing you'll learn over the course of training is that not all things work the same for every person. I'm not saying that suggestions can't be made, but you need to figure out what your goals are, read to build something you think will work for you and then act on it. A lot of training/bodybuilding requires patience and the ability to change ones ideas. 5x5 Strong lifts may work great for joe, but not for another person. See what I'm getting at?
 
Read... Try ... Read ... Try and see what works for you to get the BF down with the rite meal plan. Then start thinking about the gear. Also I would when u are ready do a test cycle to start. Like others have mentioned...
