it's a start but you need to list full details so people can actually follow and help. Include your age, height, weight, current body fat, compounds and pin schedule, AI or support use, and how long you’ve been on cycle. We need your pics with face blurred to get your base and follow up.
Add training split, lifts, rep ranges, and diet breakdown with protein, carbs, fats, and total calories. Post your baseline and follow-up bloods including e2, lipids, kidney, and liver values once they’re in so dosing can be adjusted safely.
