Melatonin / Aspirin use

Any issue if during Cycle I use Melatonin to sleep ? or aspirin for lyric acid pain ?

I've heard that Melatonin can mess with the effectiveness of a cycle. If I was was you, unless you absolutely need it, I would cut the melatonin out completely during the cycle at least.

Melatonin is a natural hormone in your body already, I don't think it's going mess with your cycle. Lack of quality sleep however, will.

Thank you. High prolactin I guess make me sleepless as soon I get my dostinex I will cut melatonin I will post to see how it goes
