Hey everyone this is my pre cycle log. I have been going to the gym for like solid 4 years now and have never done steroids. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and do mma 4 times a week( not competing ).
Currently:
67kg
175cm
Around-12%bf( havent checked in 2 months but it should be the same or less)
My diet rn would be smth like 150g of protein 330 carbs and like 60 fats. Should be taking around 2500kcal
My goal after the 12 week cycle:
I would like to be close to 77kg and have less than 20%bf if possible
My diet during the cycle should be like 170g protein 400 carbs and 80 fats. That should be like 3000kcal.
Tell me if my calculations are off and what I could improve. I dont know how to post a link to my cycle thread.
