My TRT Cycle Log

Starting my TRT log, been on TRT for the past 11 months.

Would like to look at cycling a higher dose of T and adding in either EQ or masteron + an AI.

Body Stats
Male
5ft 11 (180cm)
205lbs (93kgs)
34 years old
16% BF
In good health, no other medical issues other than low natural T.
Running Test - Sustanon 250 for 11 months
Started in January 2025 @ 100mg per week]
Increased to 200mg per week

Diet
Currently on a cut.
1800 calories per day
180 grams of protein
I'm vegetarian, so difficult to get this much protein on 1800 calories. But it is possible.

A day of eating would look like:

Post workout
1.5 Scoop Protein Powder + Water + 5 grams creatine

Breakfast
0.5Cup Oats
Water
100grams low fat greek yoghurt

Lunch
100grams Vegan Chicken Strips
2 Cups Lettuce
1 x Grated Carrot
1 x Tomato
0.5 x Cucumber
0.5 x Onion pickled

Afternoon - Baked Oats
0.5Cup oats
1 x Egg
1 x Scoop protein powder
1tsp baking powder
160 grams low fat greek yoghurt

Dinner - For Example Mexican beans on potato
Varies wildly because I cook for the whole family
0.5 cans of Red Beans
0.5 cup TVP
0.5 can chopped Tomatoes
1 tsp oil
0.5 Onion
200 Grams low carb potato
Spices
60 Grams low fat cottage cheese

Supplements
BCAAs
Creatine 5g
NAC 600mg
Omega 3 tablet
Magnesium

Training
I do Wendlers 531 Programme with a few extra isolation exercises. I wouldnt mind trying something different. I've been on adapted Wendlers for over 12 months and it's been a great programme for strength.

Monday
30 mins walking on treadmill
Bench Press as per 531
3 x 10 Dumbbell Press @ 40kg
3 x 8 Incline Press @ 80kg
3 x 10 Dumbbell Curls @ 20kg
3 x 10 Lateral Raises @12.5kg

Tuesday
30 mins walking on treadmill
Deadlifts as per 531
3 x 15 Leg Raises
3 x 20 Weighted Crunches
3 x 12 Pullup
3 x 12 Single Arm Cable Row

Wednesday
1 x hour running or 2 x hours hiking (I do this with my wife)

Thursday
30 mins walking on treadmill
OHP as per 351
3 x 10 Seated Dumbbell Press 22kg
3 x 10 Lateral Raises @ 12.5kg
3 x 10 Dumbbell bicep curls @ 20kg
3 x 10 Weighted Dips @ 10kg
3 x 10 Cable Tricep Pushdowns
3 x 10 Cable Bicep Curls
3 x 10 Preacher Curls
Friday
No cardio
Squat as per 351
3 x 15 Weighted Calf Raises @ 140kg
3 x 8 Leg Press @ 180kg
Saturday
30mins of walking on treadmill
3 x 8 Weighted Pullups @10kg
3 x 15 Leg Raises
3 x 20 Weighted Crunches
3 x 8 Lat Pull Downs
3 x 8 Cable Rows

Current Stats
Deadlift: 225kg
Squat: 205kg
Bench: 147.5kg
OHP: 77.5kg

Sleep
I have a young baby, so the past 5 months sleep hasn't been great. Still get 7-8 hours but it's broken up as I get up in the night to feed the little one.

I have a pic pre-TRT but nothing while doing TRT. Will take some soon.

Bloods
Don't have any recent lipids. Doc took Lipids Pre TRT and everything was on the money, hasn't ordered any more.
