You haven't even stated what your heart rate was....???
Also you could be getting sick
Have a heart condition
Have a staph infection
Be taking tren
Etc
There are so many reasons your heart rate would be "high" but high for you in your mind may actually normal as you aren't a cardiologist...
Hey brother, you are 100% correct and I agree with you. I will not be taking it at all unless doctor prescribed. I am just paranoid and like having everything onhand - part of my adhd behavior lol.

it was around 60 but went up to 80 now averaging for almost a 4 days now.

Rule of thumb if its under 100 you are fine
You need to brush up on some cardiology and realise this.
