So the joys of perimenopause have lead me to look into DHEA and pregnenolone supplementation

However, our lovely nation has decided that DHEA is a banned substance

Can any of you point me in the direction of where I can source it?

Prehaps this is something for vendors to consider stocking. Every enhanced man and woman can benifit greatly from DHEA. Even oral estrogen and pregnenolone. I use oral estrogen at 2mg daily (when i can get it) and my lipids are better than any other time and pumps in the gym are amazing.

I can find pregnenolone pretty easy. Although the 10mg tabs are harder to find than the 100mg capsules.

There are some compounding pharmacy's that do it, but I’ll need a script from a doctor.

Ah, perimenopause, gotta love it! It's a shame DHEA is restricted there. I've heard some women find relief with other adaptogens, might be worth looking into while you explore your options.

Last set of bloods were low DHEA-S
