need some cycle suggestions

Looking for some cycle suggestions.....I have dabbled with ph's in years past, and have run a cycle of Test E, a couple of years ago, so I'm not a complete newbie, however I don't feel I have enough experience to "design" my own cycle.

So, I am 42, and have just received a script for low T (bloods were @ 325). I want to take the opportunity to take full advantage of the script till the end of the year, however, the script is for only 200mg of Test Cyp every 2 weeks......not enough to gain the strength I'm after.

I am already in the midst of a triple stack of lgd, gw, & s4, and plan to continue that during cycle (unless it's advisable not too). I also already have a bottle of aromasin on the way from sarms 1. The question I have is what to add in order to make it a kick ass cycle.

Thoughts that I have had (in addition to the trt, triple stack, and aromasin) include Test E (@250mg eow), anavar, or eq, or a combination......??? (or anything else?)

I train at a local crossfit box, so I am looking for impressive strength gains, mass is not as important, and I need to maintain, if not increase, my endurance/cardio capacity. Low risk factors is also a high priority (42yr old, with a family and business to run).

I have seen dylan suggest some cycles on a previous crossfit thread, but haven't been able to locate the thread again.

Hm, I don't have much experience with mixing Sarms and regular test, but if you wanting to boost overall endurance and strength, I would say just adding normal test-e to what you are taking now would yield great results with minimal risk.

Hopefully a mod can respond with more insight and experience, however I will say I recommend getting routine blood work to always monitor your levels and stay safe.

I would agree with taylormade just add test e. If you are taking 250mg every other week for TRT bump it to 500mg every week that should give you the boost you are looking for buddy.

500mg E/W is overkill IMO, 250mg E/W should be perfectly sufficient and get you into the 800-1100 range which is good for overall strength and wellness.
 
If you have been off steroids for a long period a time, a simple testosterone cycle of 10-12 weeks at 400-500mg/week is your best option. Being off for so long, your body will hyper respond and you don't need a very aggressive cycle. It's very similar to an 18 year old having their first drink. A single drink really hits them because they have never drank before. However, a more experienced drinker would need much more alcohol to get the same effect.

Finish the triple stack and then run a testosterone only cycle. Here's what I recommend:

Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone 500mg/week
aromasin 12.5mg every other day

You can make substantial gains on a TRT dosage of 100mg/week if your diet and training is on point. Have you gotten blood work done while on TRT? If your testosterone levels are in the normal-high range you have nothing holding you back at all.

Hormones are only a small part of the muscle building equation. Remember that hormones are catalysts. They speed up reactions but don't cause reactions to occur.
 
Just keep it basic dude. I dont mess with sarms too much but AAS I do. Run a basic test cycle and then add maybe some tbol
 
Just do as @muskate has told you - finish your SARMs cycle, and then with a better conditioned body you can do a testosterone solo cycle supported by aromasin. Believe me - the results will be extremely good.
 
just up the test bro and add some sarms like laid out above, or maybe a mild oral steroid like tbol or anavar
 
sbean, I am excited to see how you do. I have been off for a long time as well, so I am hoping to super respond as well. My goals are slightly different that yours, but I will be interested in your progress. Hopefully you will post some updates.
