question on setup cycle

I've posted a few times before but, currently i'm on LGD, for a bulk, i have GW1516, Ostarine for 2 more months (all from Sarms1... )

Now i'm in 4 Weeks with LGD alone and i've gained 5 to 6 LBS so far. I still have 5 weeks left of LGD,,, 2 months of GW and 2 Months of ostarine...

I'm bulking at 3600Kcal.day but my weight has remained the same now for the last 10 days.... around 198 LBS.

I'm wondering... Since i have read many logs on people doing LGD (stacks or stand alone) gaining their most weight within their first 3 weeks of training). Should i now do a 4 Weeks of Osta/GW cycle followed by a Mini PCT. wait 2 weeks and then run LGD again for 4 weeks followed by the GW+osta cycle?

And should the Osta/GW be on Recomp cals? or cutting calls?

I'm not looking forward to upping my caloric intake becuase i'm stalling at 3600.. and i dont want to gain fat....

So basically the short version is, should i start my GW+Osta cycle now,,, for 4 weeks? or Run it maybe alongside with the LGD and start my Cut in 2 weeks? (then i would have had a 6 week bulk with a 6 week cut)

bro i would cycle the anabolicum (lgd) out and then cycle it in again...4 week in start then 8 weeks off then again 4 weeks...that could be something that works best for you....
 
Remember that building muscle is a slow process. Be patient. The initial weight gain you experienced from the LGD is intra-cellular water in your muscle cells. Not muscle itself. Steroids/SARMS cause you to retain water inside your muscle cells which make the muscles appear fuller and rounder.

The cycle set up gearhead gave you looks good to me. Do 4 weeks of LGD, then 8 weeks of cardarine GW + ostarine, then another 4 weeks of LGD, then a mini PCT.

For a mini PCT, I recommend 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

Sounds like you respond better in the first weeks of LGD, so do as @gearhead has suggested you to do - it will get you far. Don't forget to train hard enough.
 
Cool thanks for the tips. Ill just finish the bottle of.lgd then. And do gw and osta for 8 weeks... Then do lgd again. And do a mini pct... For the entire length should i continue to bulk or do i change anything? Like maybe a small cut ? Before i get back in the lgd again?

Cardarine's real claim to fame comes from it's positive effects on fat loss. I would do an aggressive bulk during your 4 week LGD run, lower your calories and try to loose some body fat during your 8 week cardarine + ostarine run, and then do another aggressive 4 week bulk during your last LGD run.

I'll do this then.. I still have 3 more days left in my LGD bottle. when it's done. i'll do the gw and MK for 8 weeks.. then use my last bottle of LGD.. i dont really like the idea of Raising calories right after a cut so my idea was... : (tell me what you think)
Currently i eat 3600 Kcal.day.. I'll drop it by 800 (for 100 Kcal per week i am on cutting cycle). then i would go to 2800 (plus cardio) so will more likely be 2200.. but 2800 i eat.. then raise calories 100 KCal per week. untill i'm at week 8 at 3600Kcal again and throw in the LGD for the remaining 4 weeks. then drop back to maintenance when i'm getting off cycle.. with some HCGenerate, Humanogrowth and Nolva. for 4 weeks?

Sounds like a good plan to me. This gradual transition from cutting on GW into the bulking with LGD is a good idea - should work well.

Looks really well planned and thought out to me. Only suggestion I would make is to swap the nolva for clomid.
Dose the HCGenerate at 5 capsules/day + clomid at 25mg/day for a 4 week mini PCT after your final LGD run.
