Rest day
As much as I miss the gym on my rest days I really needed this rest.
I had my second Reta injection today which went smoothly.
Eating
Breakfast - eggs and salmon on toast
Lunch - meal prepped chicken mince pasta
Dinner - Thai beef salad
Snack - protein bar

Weirdly I felt extremely fully trying to eat lunch today. it was only 600 cals but I had to eat it in 2 sittings because I was so full - which is completely new for me.
However after dinner I was ravenous so I haven’t completely lost my appetite.
NOV 28th - Reta day 9
Glute day
1 ) Hip Thrusts - 4 sets 150kgx5
2 ) RDLs - 4 sets 120kgx6
3 ) Smith Bulgarian split squat - 3 sets 40kg 6-8reps
4 ) Step ups - 3 sets 30kg 10-12reps
5 ) 3 x superset Cable crunch’s 25kg
& hanging Leg raises
