Shipping procedures

We have updated the shipping procedures in order to let you choose easily if you want the product to be shipped with their original packagin or without it.

Shipping Methods:

All orders are shipped within 24 hours once the payment is received except orders placed on weekends which will be shipped next working day. Orders will be shipped within regular airmail and will be delivered to the address that the customer will supply us. There is the chance of shipping the parcel within Registered Airmail with a non signature required delivery, but with tracking number.

Typically, all orders paid before 6:00 pm (Greenwich time) are shipped the same day! (except weekends).

International shipping:

We ship worldwide, including APO (military bases).

Shipping fees:

There are four different of shipping fees:

1.- Flat rate: By using this service your package will be shipped to you without using tracking number and without original packaging.

2.- Free Shipping: This option will be available if your order is over 300 USD. Sometimes, according to some punctual offer, we can put this limit lower. Free shipping includes same services as "Flat rate".

3.- Trackable with packaging: By selecting this option, your order will be shipped using trackable service and will include the original packaging if you order a full box (f.i. you will not receive Arimidex box if you order less than 28 units of this product)

4.- Trackable without packaging: By selecting this option, your order will be shipped using trackable service and won´t include the original packaging.

All claims for damaged shipments must be made within 48 hours of delivery to the point of destination. Any damage to a package should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery if possible. We will not be responsible for damage claims made 48 hours after delivery. A picture of the damage is needed in order to proceed your reshipping.

Reshipping policy:

All products are shipped at the risk of the purchaser and it is agreed that hipocampus.me is indemnified against any legal action which might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws applied by the government of the destination country. 

In the event the requested products are seized and / or confiscated in transit, hipocampus.me will resend the purchase ONCE, with no additional cost for the buyer, however the purchaser must provide the scanned customs notice as proof to hipocampus.me

hipocampus.me takes no responsibilty whatsoever for a lost shipment in the event where the customer entered incorrect or incomplete shipping address information through the web site or by email.



Incorrect deliveries by mail personel or product damage caused due to improper handling by the shipping agent are not covered with reshipment. All sales are final, non-returnable and non-refundable. 
Order cancellations or alterations after payment has been processed and order has shipped, cannot be accepted.

NOTE: No reship policy for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, APO, FPO.
