Hey need help from Aussie bros here. I will be visiting Gold Coast for a week or 2 any recommendation where to get some supplements and also places to gym there! Check the net they all required membership to access kinda smh here.

just wanna get some protein maybe a few bars and pre wo. But can't seems to find a web that sells this. Worse comes to worse I will just try to go to some GNC.

I can't help out much when it comes to a gym to train at but you have a couple options for supplements.

1. Pack your supplements in your packed luggage to take with you.

2. Place a supplement order with n2bm.com and have them ship it to where ever you are staying. They ship internationally. Let the place know you are staying at known you are expecting a package and they will hold it for you.

Oh right great didn't though of that! Thanks man! I was afraid to bring my supps and protein oversea as I'm afraid to get detain and get hold up on the custom there.
