Sweed's Cutting LOG!!

Hmmm different routines on Thursday ehhh??

Ummm, maybe that's cuz Thursday is my day OFFFFFFF from the gym. Lol! :laugh:
 
Day 5000:
This is how long I have trained for. It seems like a long time, but at the same time it feels like I am just getting started. Everyday, killing the weights, feeling the muscle tear and burn; my head, face and chin, dripping with sweat. The smell and sounds of the iron dungeon is like a 2nd home to me. I have worked long and hard for this... But there is no stopping just yet, another 5000 days awaits for me to KTS!!! :hulk:


Had a great back day. More Huge pumps!! N2KTS is making workouts sooo intense. Had a guy come upto me and ask, " so what are you doing??" Smiling and kinda lookin at me. Funny guy, and I just said " Just tryin to work out" with a smile.:)
Talked about N2BM protein for a few seconds then got back to my workout. Felt awesome the whole workout!!
Had a great cheat/treat meal tonight with the lovely SBT :D Buffalo chicken Pizza!! Mmmm

Legs tomorrow!!

Cutting diet starting in a few weeks. Can't wait to start that!! Will be doin Need2slin, so another satisfied customer I will be cuz the results from everyone takin it is awesome!

is it actually 5000 days?? i know youve been hitting the iron for a good few years :)

the guy who came up to you was probably trying to score some gear, he must have thought mmmmm big dude rippin apart the gym, theres the guy i should ask ;)

he just beat around the bush lol!!

LOL!!!

well, I was just checking to see how many days were in 14 years (how long I've been training), and its 5110, and I started training the summer before my freshman year of high school in June, so thats about 110 days awayish! haha, so 5000 is just a rounded number, just sounds cool.
Ya that guy is actually "ON", but a lot of the guys at my gym are, but don't look like it, lol. If they really saw me IF I did a cycle... now they would be in for a surprise as to how to really do the stuff, lol. But I'll just look better natty when they're on, lol. :D

thats brilliant, the guys cycling at your gym (not talking bikes here lol) dont look like it??
you'd think with the ease of getting info on gear/training/diet etc that most guys would look great "on" cycle......

i think that apart form MAYBE 1 or 2 guys (i have suspicions), i'm the only one who's jacked at my gym, its more of a sports (rugby/footall{soccer}) kinda place though, but that just means less equipment hogging as most ppl do what..... 1 or 2, 3 at most sets on anything and are done, off to butcher the next exercise and wonder why the quiet guy (me) is looking better and pushing more weight each week!

a couple heavy over weight pppl, and skinny kids that kinda of blow up, get crazy acne, a couple big dudes in there, one with a huge belly tho. Guys with a lot of upper body mass but no lower body, legs. I never see anyone in the gym doin legs, I mean who doesn;t wany big quads??? lol
but no one that is rediculously huge , prob just the lazy crowd that only is dedicated when they use gear, which is ratarded. Kinda like a kid that I met that only goes to the gym when he is ON!???

My legs are still sore so i might skip leg day, and I just did back/chest days so nothing else to workout. Would be nice to have more hcgenerate!! I'll see later if I'm feeling better, but if my legs are still recovering, why would I hit them again???
Maybe just rest the next 2 days and kill legs on friday, then hit chest on saturday :)
 
K doing a light day with some cardio tonight :D

Sweeds Light day -

800lbs leg press - 50 sets of 100 reps
smith squats with the 2 biggest guys from his gym on each side of the bar - sets to failure until the big guys get tired
1 toe leg extensions with the stack - to failure until the machine breaks
some light stretching
cardio - carry the car home with SBT inside.

No! Ust did some leg curls, ext and some calf raises. Now a little cardio to finish it off! :D

It was a nice day yesterday...Nice rest, nice dinner, nice sleep.

But today is a Great Day to KTS!!!! Going to absolutely destroy my chest tonight!! If my tricepts could talk they'd be screaming!! "Sweeeeed, stop it!!! You're killing us, the pain is soo badd, the burn is frying uss with these pushdowns you sick son of a Biatch!" That's when they'll get it even more!! But then they will be happy when they are recovered and grow up bit more :D

Gonna be a fun day after work! :D
 
any updated pics, sweed?

Nope, goin to take some pics saturday before the gym to start my progress pics for spring cutting. Last pic I have is back mid janurary if u wanna go back in my log. Still the same bf imo as when I stopping my "cutting" last demember. Goes to show increasing cals and eating clean, with some cheats does not increase bf :D my GF helps me out a ton with this and makes my training a lot better! :D

I guess I can put a few of them up. I'll be doin it once a month prob.
 
Basically a rest week, with a little cardio/ walkin outside, gonna be super nice out!,
Back to it next week starting the diet.
Going to be a fun week for sure!!
But anxious to start cutting!! :D
 
The week of rest was NICE! But I am dieing to get back into it to KILL it and Kill some fat!!!! Been anxious to start this diet/cut!
I suppose to I will make a new log because those that see my first post and think im like super duper cut now, will be disappoointed , lol.

Started n2slin this AM!! :D
