Test deconate / Test Prop / Deca / NPP

Question for anyone who wouldn't mind chiming in.

running

test deconate - 270
test phenylprop - 130
deca - 130
NPP - 70

total 600 mg E3D
(approx 2 injection/week)

Week 8 mark

My questions are this, could my gains from this cycle be more lean gains because of the test phenyl and np making up a portion of my dosing as well as 1mg adex EOD?

I know deconate ester has a long half life and have read that 8 weeks strength really kicks in and then the wieght gain. Reason being i' just approaching week 8 (middle of wk 7) and I've put on 7lbs. When compared to previous cycles of dbol test e and deca where i blew up like a wood tick and thre on 25 in 4 weeks, but also wasn't consitent with my ai in previous cycles.

Gear is from reliable source used many times, diet is on point, 3 day split with work outs.

Am i over training? Is it the mix of esters? is it the ai keeping water down that makes gains seem minimal?

Just curious what issue could be, plenty of knowledge research and experience, but this one is baffling me.

also taking caber at 2.5 mg every 3.5 days, just wondering if I things should change over the next 4 weeks of the cycle or if i'm potentionally just expecting to much. I'm 5-11 36 and just stuck at 190 currently and was at 183 at beginning of cycle, granted the 7-8 lb increase came in the last two weeks. Should i just be more patient or could there be another issue? dosages, ai etc that could be keeping gains just slow and steady. Look different in the mirror but not much on the scale. goal was winter bulk, but turning into more of a lean bulk!

any thoughts are appreciated.
 
The esterification process has not effect on the mechanism or function of the drug other than its active life so that has nothing to do with it. Test Dbol and deca is the old classic for making you grow like a weed but it isnt all muscle, in fact I would image less than 50% probably is. Asking if you're overtraining is a hard one, if you're taking approx. 1.2g of gear a week and eating enough then no of course not and at a 3 day split I assume youre not going to positive muscular failure or you'd be proverbially fucked all the time. If you're stuck at 190 however I'd say you weren't eating enough, remember protein builds muscle so try increasing that which will intern increase your caloric intake. Just my old man opinon.
 
Your support supplement dosages are way too high. I think you are expecting too much out of your cycle, but that is also a big part of the problem why you aren't seeing the gains you want. Remember that some estrogen and prolactin is needed for normal muscle gain and sexual function. You want to keep your levels in the low-normal range. Not bottom them out completely.

Reduce your arimidex dosage to 0.5mg EOD. Ideally you would replace it with aromasin from ag-guys.com at 10mg EOD. Aromasin is a better AI choice as it is a suicide AI so there will be no estrogen rebound when you discontinue usage.

Reduce your cabergoline dosage to 0.5mg E3D.
 
If you wanted leaner gains, you should have chosen different compounds in the first place. All you can do, basically, is keep estrogen in check in order to make sure no fat is accumulated together with water retention. Other than that, don't overthink it - just train hard and eat well.
