Background -
Injury’s - Multiple ongoing injuries, c3-4 and c5-6 disc protrusion 2019 till present and ruptured supraspinatus in my left shoulder.
I cannot lift more than 10kgs overhead with left arm.
If I stop training, I ended up in a lot of pain within a couple of months.
Body Weight - Highest recorded was 138kg (no joke) 11 years ago. Got down to 92kg in 2019 by walking, running and fasting.
Put on 20kg over time till April last year.
Since 2019 till mid 2024 I have been seeing Chiros, Physio’s and training with Exercise Phrysio’s intermittently for the pain.
Beginning of 2025 Started weight training and have not looked back.
Dropped 12kg in the last 7 months and have put back on 4kg in 3 weeks since starting my cycle. Current weight 102kg.
Started TRT with a clinic after a mate referred me and realised they did not know what they were doing.
My mate was actually buying from UGL OZ for years and wanted me to go the legit way first

Genetix whey protein with 2 teaspoons of vital greens.
Instant coffee with 62ml oat milk
= 497 calories
Lunch
White sticky rice with 100g of extra lean beef mince.
Half an avocado.
= 459 calories
Dinner
Extra Lean Pork Mince with Superlo cal thin noodles, spring onion and Choi sum.
= 455 calories
Snacks
200g of watermelon
2 large hard boiled eggs
1 medium banana
Musashi protein bar
= 763 calories
Total = 2173 Calories
Water intake sits at roughly 3 litres a day.
Walk an average of 10000 steps at work Monday to Friday.

Landmine sissy squats 3 x 10
100kg hack squats 3 x 10
200kg leg press 3 x 10
70kg leg extensions 3 x 10
54kg leg curls 3 x 10
68kg calf raises 2 x 10 and 1 x 8
All my training sessions are timed by 1:30 second intervals between sets.
In 10 weeks the plan is to drop to 200mg of test and 100mg of Primo if i can get it and add 2IU of HGH daily.
