Theseus, lets say for example we get anavar at 10mg tabs and we know its 2.5mg of the real hormone in it after testing(one could only wish). Could the filler thats used be dangerous in any way? Ive never used a pill press or ordered powders so i have no idea about the home brewing. Only asking do to a lack of knowledge so it might be a stupid question. Its a guess but maybe the filler acts as a preservative for the hormone? And the cheaper preservative/filler can be harmful in some way?

If that would be the case that it's dosed considerably less than advertised, then I wouldn't run it for that reason alone.
It either means your source is lying about their products or they aren't competent enough to accurately dose it.
Now even if the compound tested out as the correct amount that was advertised, there is always a chance that the fillers used could be harmful. At the end of the day you're still using UGL products so there's no guarantee that it's 100% safe. The only thing you can do is research the compound you're going to use and the source you're getting it from to limit the chances of harm.
I was fortunate enough to find a source on another forum that had 100's of pages of good feedback including dozens of customer blood tests, labmaxes, and mass specs from Simec.
So there was still a risk but there was enough evidence for me to feel confident I knew what I was getting.
Even after all that I still filtered the gear myself to remove as much contaminates as I could, if there were any. That's the good thing about oils is that you can buy syringe filters for dirt cheap and further sterilize your gear.
Sorry for the long post guys but it just sounds like health safety is taken way too lightly around here and that's not good. Don't take the sources word for it. Do your research, ask questions, do testing, and especially get bloodwork done so you know what's happening in your body.
