So i need some advice on a cutting cycle. I'm 23 yrs old, 5'6 and carry around 18-19% bf. I'd like to get down to 10 or 11% and need some help. I've been lifting for close to 6yrs now and never really had sucess with losing bf a traditional way.
Anyways, I'll finish up the last of an epi stack tomorrow and will be following it up with forma/unleashed/pct for my pct. I'm already looking ahead to my next cycle to make sure i plan accordingly.

My diet is below

6:00am 30g carbs from gatorade and 1sc protein in skim milk
7:30am 25g protein from beef jerky and 30g carbs from cooked rolled oats
10:00am 1sc protein in water 1 handful almonds
12:00pm 8oz chicken breast, 30g carbs from cooked rolled oats
3:00pm PreWO shake - 1sc protein in water
5:00pm PWO - 60g carbs from gatorade 1 1/2 sc protein in water
7:00pm turkey burger (30g protein), 1 slice cheese
9:00pm pre-bed 1cup cottage cheese

I will catch flak for the below but oh well
saturdays and sundays - 1 cheat meal and a desert

support supps: EFA 2x ED

As your little brother... cut the cheat meals out! Eat clean through your entire cycle and bf will fall off. What's the macro's on that diet?^^^^
 
in honesty, i can't cut the cheat meals. It's the only things that forces me to stick to my diet... my will isn't enough. macros, i don't know. you're smart. do the math ;)
 
EVERYONE has a cheat meal every now and then!

are you asking for advice on the diet or a cycle?

Cut your carbs You mentioned nothing about cardio!20-25 minutes every other day !
Up your protein gatorade is garbage carb source..........Order some adderline from the need2 store And dig in for some will power!

i think a cheat meal or two each week is fine as long as the rest of your diet is SPOT ON!! i'm a firm believer in the 90% rule! i tend to have pretty good progress with that, as do my clients!

sorry doc, i guess i should've stated what i wanted lol. looking for a good bf losing stack. if something needs to change on my diet i'm willing to listen.

i don't think the carbs need to be cut because they're only through the first half of my day for energy for the rest of the day and at a bare minimum as is. most people on here would agree that gatorade is one of the best carb sources to have after a workout and when you wake up outside of maize. no need to up my protein as it's almost 1.75g per lb of bodyweight.

cardio is 15min pre-workout and every other day for 45min HIIT outside of weekends

try the forged burner with lipostim once it comes back in! and maybe some dermacrine added to it!

you know i completely agree on the gatorade not being garbage, just a side note.. fast carb wise what are you recommending greatgunz? his protein is nearly 2g per pound of body weight, enough to maintain muscle while buring fat. I think you should go lean mass and forma or the lipo/forma.. my opinion.. as your bro you can shoot it down no harm no foul:32:.. but i will see you in the gym. :punk:

as far as the cardio, you know i think weights first cardio after, unless you have seperate cardio days. Love HIIT.. either way smash BF!!!!
 
I hate gatorade my opion!Keto type diet carbs from mostly vegiesGreen again my opion And protein at 3-3.5 grams for growth as well as higer calories lean!
Not the norm but my opion.......Again I tend too come across a bit dry but not intending to shit on anybody!
This works for me,There is no way I could do cardio then lift ,That would suck I hate cardio
 
I agree you should not loose the cheat meal, you should cut it down to one meal a week or one meal every 2 weeks.

When I was doing a cheat meal every 7 days it wasnt working for me. I will only loose fat effectively with keto. If your serious about wanting to loose fat, suck it up and give it a shot.
