Well if you have insurance just go to your local physiatrist and tell them you have issues staying focused at work or school. They will hook you up usually with no questions asked. My insurance pays all but $94 for 54mg alza (concerta) which is time released and lasts for 12 hours. Some badass stuff to say the least. First week you feel like you just hit a couple lines. Anyway hope that helps. JUST don't go in there saying you want the 54mg. You gotta say you are not sure what your tolerance is OR say you have taken them before but still are not sure what your tolerance is. They will give you like 90 18mg alzas and you are suppose to step up to them... Ha yeah right. But that's how I had to do it. Worked like a charm. Just told my doctor I definitely needed the 54s.
Good luck!
