Hey guys, I am looking to order some BPC-157 and TB-500. Have also researched HGH, but it seems BPC and TB are much more effective - I have a bucket tear of my medial meniscus with the flap caught in the intercondylar notch (knee joint). I still have very good ROM and only pain in deep knee flexion. No locking and very limited catching. I have an intensive rehab program from the physio - we are trying to prolong the surgery for at least 1 year - as the timing of this injury is very poor, I am trying to get a job in the mines/oil & gas currently.
My hope is that i can provide the best possible conditions for my knee over the next year. I understand healing would be limited due to type of injury, but hoping to assist my rehab. I am also doing hot and cold contrast therapy, compression boots and infrared/dry sauna.
Do you have any feedback from customers supporting this type of injury with your products? - I see very positive results on reddit
Do you provide any lab testing for these products? - see you're an approved vendor. However, I cant find any test results on here, or your website.
I am very to new to these products and this website, so i am not sure where to post this...
Any advice is very welcome!

I replied in the other thread you created but posting here for others that may come across your question:
A torn meniscus is especially difficult to treat due to the limited blood flow to that area. While localised SubQ injections may provide some benefit, the delivery is quite limited. Intra-articular injections would be the most effective method but isn't really suitable for someone inexperienced.
Given that you still have full range of motion and only experience pain with significant bending of the knee which isn't affecting you on a day to day basis, it would probably be best to avoid this route before surgery. Interfering with the natural inflammatory process beforehand could impede the surgery itself.
Knee injuries can be difficult to treat in general - particularly in this case as surgery is required. While BPC-157 and TB-500 have significant healing and recovery properties, this is one of the situations where those benefits would be best applied post-surgery to enhance the healing and recovery process.
As for testing, these were done a while back but we still source from the same peptides supplier so you can expect no difference in what's offered:
