My eating has alway being hard to figure out right know a friend trainer certified nutritionist has me on 200g carbs 12 g protein 4g fat per meal x 6 meals a day to readjust me and start playing with numbers to try to get me leaner closer to NPC show in April my thought ones I get my product I should start eating a little more right now I'm eating 1438 cal a day

Also. To properly gain muscle and size. You shud be eat 2g protein per pound of body weight per day. He has u set at 72 grams of protein per day. U previously said u were 145#? U shud be having almost 300g of protein a day. Something is off here w ur meal plan.

lol- so a 150 pound male or female to add muscle needs 300 grams of protein minimum according to your logic..

outdated is right... read up on GDA, nitrogen, uptake healthy fats.

No I didn't say that... if you have worked with a nutrionist you would actually know a fact rather than parrot information.. I use to belive 2gs is needed per lbm.. but its not its far from the truth..

Ya, way WAY overkill
1g of protein/lb of body weight is sufficient. Actually there are studies that .8g/lb is enough.

Unless I did the math wrong, (assuming you meant 20g carb/meal) that only equals 984 calories a day. 24g's of fat per day?!?! A woman needs about .5g's of fat per pound of body weight so hormones stay regulated. I'm sorry but your nutritionist sucks. Most do.
You're supposed to be building. You need about 2000 calories, at your stats. 1g of protein per pound of body weight, .5g's of fat and the rest in carbs (or more fat or protein, it's a personal choice) until you've reached your daily calorie goal.

If you're maintaining on around 1000 calories per day I'm 99% positive you're tracking is off.
Are you weighing everything on a digital kitchen scale? If not then you could easily be off by 100's of calories a day
 
Ya krazieone you are way off with the protein intake...especially for women they never and I repeat NEVER need to take in 2g/lb of protein for size that would be a terrible idea for her. Sorry bud but don't give a woman advice if you don't know how to train one. Women only need 0.8g/lb of bodyweight and that is more the sufficient enough. 1g/lb is even on that upper end of it.

Even for men 2g/lb is high that is definitely an outdated plan, dynex is correct study up on nitrogen intake and healthy fats. If you eat correctly and the right macros at the right times you don't need nearly that to benefit greatly from lower intake of proteins and calories in general. For example: I weigh 257lbs right now sitting at around 10%-11% BF, I eat 4-6oz of protein in each meal (that's 35g-55g each meal depending on the day and which meal). That is right around 330g of protein on my high protein days and as low as 210g protein on my low protein days. And I am still steadily growing cause you have to understand how healthy fats help you grown and protein timing is very important.

Vitalia1 I will send you a message from a trainer I know who is very successful with diets for both men and women. I have other things I can send you as well that will help you if you wish but these come from professionals who have made it in competing and understand diets.
Kraz I ask you not to give advice to people when you aren't fully sure of the answer 2g/lbs for women is very very unhealthy and if you weren't sure you shouldn't have said anything.

Ok tough guy calm down...why don't you get your facts straight before you try and act like a Bill Nye hows that. Tell me what happens when people intake too much protein (bet you don't really know). Also maybe you meant for her to take 2g/kg of her body weight that would make more sense but since you train tons of people I guess you would know what's best (you must have a masters in broscience-ology you definitely have the look of it).

I told you don't give advice unless you know what you are talking about and you clearly didn't. I don't buy into one philosophy either I've tried more then you can imagine. It is a free county you can say what you want but give an opinion and be open to others advice as well. Hell I used to think 2-3g/lb of body weight when I first started lifting and I turned out fat you know why? Cause your body can't absorb that much protein in a day and proteins unused in the body are stored as fat, which makes them more difficult to burn. Goal is to have the right amount of protein to be used in the muscles to create growth no need for excess.
