No I said 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day. So 145# 145g protein. That's too much? Plz. No one is gonna rip me a new one. They can attempt it. But its not going to happen. Also. To properly gain muscle and size. You shud be eat 2g protein per pound of body weight per day. He has u set at 72 grams of protein per day. U previously said u were 145#? U shud be having almost 300g of protein a day. Something is off here w ur meal plan.

Also maybe you meant for her to take 2g/kg of her body weight that would make more sense but since you train tons of people I guess you would know what's best (you must have a masters in broscience-ology you definitely have the look of it).

I told you don't give advice unless you know what you are talking about and you clearly didn't. I don't buy into one philosophy either I've tried more then you can imagine. It is a free county you can say what you want but give an opinion and be open to others advice as well. Hell I used to think 2-3g/lb of body weight when I first started lifting and I turned out fat you know why? Cause your body can't absorb that much protein in a day and proteins unused in the body are stored as fat, which makes them more difficult to burn. Goal is to have the right amount of protein to be used in the muscles to create growth no need for excess.

hahahaha oh this is good what will I learn? will you teach me how to be 180lbs and post all the time lol. You gave poor advice and 3 people have told you that is incorrect. Then you changed your statement from "at least 2g/lb" to "1-2g/lb" to kind of back yourself up and make you feel better. So kind of like a Rodger Goodell trying to cover himself lol. I know much more then you bud. I have been taught by people that have degrees and have gone to the top. I ended up fat cause my diet was not on point and I was consuming too much protein. You aren't fat yet you aren't really either. You look like a natural guy who doesn't take steroids yet you do which is ironic.

Hopefully it is you who will learn eventually that thousands of posts in matter of months doesn't dictate who you are or what you know.

Actually you should base protein intake on LEAN mass not total mass....So subtract body fat out of total weight....that's lean mass and will help u calculate how much protein u need to take in for growth.

Example: 200lb person @ 10% body fat has 180lbs of LEAN mass. Use lean mass when assuming 1g or 1.5 or 2g/lb of LEAN MASS.

Thank you flip Digler I will PM you I don't have any needles I'm small 4"11 120pounds what size syringe ? I'm waiting for it to arrive ill do a 6-8 week cyc then get off for how long is a good time to go back on it ? And should I do a anti ester like nolvadex 20 mg

I'd stay away from nolvadex, personally, as a woman. It can eat your boobies and they don't come back ;)
 
ok so you're trying to build right now? There's no reason for nolva. That's for contest prep, while cutting.
Just an fyi, if you're planning on competing in feb, thats what, about 20 weeks? You'll probably need about a 12-16 week prep so that leaves you 4-8 weeks to build. That's not enough time for a female. Anything you run right now is only going to give you a 2-4lb muscle gain, if that.
Also, if your var was really var, 10mg's shouldn't have given you voice issues, i'd be willing to bet it was dbol or winny.
You're running primo e? If so 4-6 weeks isn't long enough, it takes at least 4 to fully "kick in". Primo is not something i suggest for a female, mostly due to the ester. It also can be really rough on the hairline.
Most people are going to do what they want regardless of advice, so i wish you luck. If at any point you start to see sides you can't live with for the rest of your life, dump the cycle.

Right but since most people don't have the money or a place close to them to get a Dexa (only reliable BF testing method) then going off LBM isn't really possible.
I still say stick to 1g/lb, especially while cutting to help spare muscle. I usually go closer to the 8g/lb while bulking.

Come on man, calipers are cheap and with in 2-3% error once the user has performed the procedure several times. I mean unless u r getting paid or competing who cares EXACTLY what %BF u r. Even then it's how u look, vs a #.

And calipers have a margin of error of up to 15% either way, which can be affected by something as simple as water fluctuations.

I agree with you though, who really cares about a bf %? Even if you are competing it's not like the judges test that before someone can hop on stage. The mirror, pics and in some cases the scale tells me all I need to know.

Yea calipers can have a large margin in error I agree. And everyone should read the last couple sentences here this is what actually matters even for people who do compete the mirror is the most important part.

Also noticed you mention in another post about the primo ester having an effect on hair loss? Would that be the enanthate ester? Cause if so shouldn't you be fine taking the primo acetate ester even in an injectable?

It's not necessarily the ester that affects hair loss.
It's the drug. Some (especially DHT's) drugs speed up what would have happened at some point, just like in men. Meaning, steroids don't cause hair loss that wouldn't have happened eventually, naturally.
Females shouldn't use long esters because once the sides pop up, (and they will) and the woman freaks out, it will take at least however long the drug stays in her system for sides to go away.
