Christmas Abbott is one of the most popular female CrossFit athletes in the world. She has had many accomplishments as an author, Olympic weightlifter, model, and she's the first female NASCAR pit crew member. She is American, and was born in 1981, and her stats are 5'3" 120 pounds.
Early life
At the age of 13, Christmas was in a major car accident where she saw her sister seriously injured. This sent her into a depression; as a results, she got involved in drugs, smoking, and alcohol at a very young age. She continued her poor lifestyle until she was 21 years old, and took a dare to run just 1 mile with a friend. After struggling to run just a mile, she realized that this was not the route she wanted to go.
At 22, Christmas had the opportunity, through family connections, to become a contractor in Iraq during the war to make some quick cash. While in Iraq, she met a lot of other male contractors and started to workout with them in her spare time. She wanted to kick their ass, so she quit all her unhealthy lifestyle choices and started getting serious about her health.
Crossfit and NASCAR
Upon returning to the United States, Christmas joined a CrossFit gym and worked hard to become a certified trainer. She then opened her own CrossFit gym, where she was able to coach and transform many peoples bodies the same way she did to herself. She got popular on social media via her own transformations, and her clients as well.
In addition, she worked her way onto a NASCAR pit crew, as the person responsible for swapping out tires during a pit stop.

In 2015, Christmas had a 'CBS This Morning' feature which garnered over 1M views on youtube alone, chronically her experiences in Iraq, to her CrossFit success:
She also has a website christmasabbott.com which she offers coaching, books, and coffee mugs.
Training strategies
Christmas believes in heavy compound lifts, which is what you will see in any CrossFit gym setting. This means a focus on squats, cleans, jerks, bench, pullups, and deadlifts.
For cardio, she runs 1-3 miles total during her workouts.
She works out twice a week on most days, once in the morning and once in the late afternoon.
Nutrition
She likes to start her day off with an almond milk smoothie, protein powder, almond butter, and fruit.
After her morning workout, her staple breakfast she talks about a lot is peanut butter, eggs, and a piece of fruit. She says she eats the same thing every day because it has the perfect combination of fats, carbs, and protein.
After her afternoon workouts, her dinner is a combination of lean protein, sweet potatoes, fruit, and avocado.
Personal strength records
Christmas is stronger than most men who weigh much more than her, and you can see why she was an Olympic weightlifter. Her records are quite remarkable and include:
- 35 pull-ups
- 225-pound deadlift
- 170 clean and jerk
- 225 back squat
Steroid cycle
Christmas has an intense workout program and takes in a lot of calories a day to make up for that. You won't find anyone who works harder than she has for the past 15 years with her training. However, it would be ludicrous to think she isn't taking performance enhancers. We can speculate that she uses a cycle like this when she is at her peak levels*:
- Cardarine (GW-501516) 20mg a day
- Andarine (S4) 50mg a day
- Anavar (Oxandrolone) 20mg a day
- Primobolan 100mg a week
