Yes I believe that was the problem. Anyhow I recieved 1 of the 9 items I ordered day before yesterday & then just received 6more items today. Still waiting on the last 2 then this order will be fulfilled!! Never had this issue with domestic so it was a bit frustrating especially trying to get an answer back with details to what’s going on. I will understand the process isn’t always flawless & things happen. I just didn’t understand why nobody emailed me to aware me of the situation. It’s all good. Just hoping for the last 2 to show up soon!! Almost at a month now since order was placed.
I just redid my domestic.order with them 2 days ago. Let see what happens

Yes I have. He asked if I submitted a ticket which I did when the problem first arouse. I did get a response from help @ Naps after I talked with Jason, but since then nothing.

It’s definitely changed for sure. I’ve heard this from many lately having the same problems & if u notice many of the domestic suppliers are out of stock & some have been for awhile now.

I went with Xeno. It was paid and processed Monday so we'll see. The only reason I used them is I had some credit left and I threw in a couple more bucks. $400 order otherwise I use Ugfreak. The GOAT in my opinion. I just place a $2k order with Ugfreak. Hopefully everything goes good but I've never had issues with them and I've made so many big orders back to back with them recently

It was sixpex not xeno. I promise it doesn't get any better than ugfreak as far as international even their domestic
