I also use the Pills, only so much you can pin until you feel like a pin cushion.The one I used is B12 pills 5000mcgs you can get on line

I use Solaray B-12 5,000 mcg, and that's my pre-workout these days.
Just make sure its the "Methylcobalamin" form of Cyanaocobalamin, for "Superior Absorption".
If not, your missing a lot.......................................................JP
