Sore AF joints

Ok guys just a quick query.
I’m on a cutting cycle at the moment and am on 100 sust 75 tren ace 75 mast p eod along with 3iu Hgh every night ( which I found to be the most manageable ).
I’ve had sust before and used tren e as well all with no harsh sides. I’ve been on Hgh for 10 weeks now.
My issue at the moment is I have very very sore and achy joints in particularly knee ankle and my wrists oh my God the wrists. I’m aware that one of the sides of gh is carpal symptons but I’ve not changed my dose in weeks, so I was wondering if the tren ace or mast p were drying my joints and the leaner I get the less protection the joints have.
Any advice or solutions would be awesome.

When was your last blood test?
 
I’m about to get them done again, but it’s probably been 4 months evening was within acceptable range. E2 was fine if this is what your thinking I crashed it very early in first cycle due to bad information on another forum. So I was super aware this time round.
 
Yeah I’m taking fish oil 3000mg a day and as for taurine only what is in my electrolyte powder. Should I be upping the doses of both of these.
Taurine can help quite a bit if its from carpal tunnel and GH, fish oil I run at like 12g a day.

How did you test your E2 aswell? LCMS or Immunoassay, tren can crossreact and give you a false reading
 
Ok I’ll up my fish oil and go get some taurine.

I looked on my results but couldn’t find any mention of the testing process. Just the results which were on the higher end of acceptable 50. I’ve got zero water retention or any other signs of high e2.

I would be thinking low e2 actually, tren and nandrolone can make your e2 look high or normal
but its actually low, you need sensitive lcms testing to really be able to tell

If it’s carpal tunnel related sides which it doesn’t sound like it’ll be due to an electrolyte imbalance, what’s your sodium/ potassium?

Taurine will also help if it is this

To me this says low e2 all day, and you need an LCMS.

Yeah I’m taking fish oil 3000mg a day
Triple this dose ⬆️ at a bare minimum and add krill oil too
Add collagen peptide powder at 20g ED
Add glucosamine/chondroitin at high dose for joints
Add curcumin (turmeric) for inflammation

If you can afford it I'd add KLOW peptide as well.

As for the log I’m a pretty quiet guy that doesn’t like too much attention. I do love you guys and the sage advice I get though.

Started low at 1st then I’ve gradually increased every few weeks until I reached 3iu which I’ve been on for about 3 weeks and feel comfortable sitting here.
I only dose early mornings as I’m a shift worker and the lethargy I was getting mid shift at work wasn’t pleasant.
 
It's entirely possible (as we've seen often) that ANY dose over the eqv of 2.5ius per day can and sometimes does cause problems.
Right I had a feeling but I was hoping for a differing one. I’ll drop my dose immediately down to 2 and keep everyone informed.

While I’ve got your attention your a legend mate I love listening to your podcast it has helped to bring me back to a level that is manageable more sensible. Keep up the epic work!!!
