500mg test ew
400mg deca ew
300mg masteron ew
20mg GW ed

When I'm out of Deca I'll switch to an equal dose of EQ i think.

I was staying away from max but last week I said fuck it and WOW. My dumbell curls are at 65-70 from 40-45. My incline broke 250 yesterday and today I was doing upright rows at 245 (wtf!!) For 7 sets of 12 lol. Its crazy bro I cant fo a short workout anymore that deca got me on some savage shit, 1 1/2 to 2 hour superset sessions that leave me moving like a 70 year old geriatric the next morning hahaha

That week off did me well. I've had 3- 3hour sessions this week and definitely tore some muscle down. Time to build it back up! I really love Decca. Aside from side effects it's one of my top 3 favs

Thanks stretch, I'm not sure yet. It hasn't been great for obvious reasons but regardless of what the scale reads, I'm always making small changes.

It's one of my favorites but it makes me aggressive. Not as much as winstrol or tren but quite a bit. Other than that it makes me feel great.

I'm actually going to do just 200mg aw week I think. Also trying to figure out where to put this EQ
