Bulking stack advice Test EQ Deca?

About 14 months ago I ran a 10 week cycle of RAD140 and MK677, had some great results, put on about 10kg
But bloodwork came back pretty bad, cholesterol was up, liver enzymes were bad, estrogen was up and my testosterone was crashed down to 190, so I decided to jump on TRT, which was great at about 200mg/w, pinning eod had my test sitting around 800.

After 6 or so weeks I upped my dose to 300 test E chasing better results and ran into high E sides, mainly early gyno, so after a bit of study I added EQ to the stack at 150mg/w.
I ran that for 14 weeks and felt pretty good, no sides but didn't put on as much size as I was hoping to.

Now I've been cruising on 200 test again for a few months and keen to do another blast, I'm 34yo 5'9 78kg and around 12% body fat, bloodwork just came back good.

Looking to bulk up to 90/95kg I've got Test-E EQ Deca Mast and Primo on hand, any advice on a stack would be appreciated, orals and sarms mess with my liver so I'm not interested in running them. and AIs make me feel like shit.

I'm thinking

375mg Test-E
200mg Deca
200mg EQ

12-16 weeks
Hopefully the EQ keeps gyno away

any advice would mean a lot

Welcome to EVO brother! Glad you found us.
First thing I would do is two things. Have aromasin on hand next time around, it's not as harsh as the other AI's and I bet what made you feel like shit was Nolvadex and/or Arimidex. And get bloodwork before and then 4 weeks into the blast so we can adjust your EQ and also possibly add in aromasin since you seem to aromatize quite a bit.
That cycle you suggested is fine but I wouldn't up the doses on any of those and I'd run that for at least 16 weeks to get the full benefits of the EQ and Deca as well. I agree no orals and no SARMS.

You've got a great base and look in great shape bro. You'd do really well by starting a log on here and letting us dial you in on diet, supps, and dosages with pinning frequency. The bulking up to 95kg will be less compound related and moreso diet and you will get tons of feedback on that here.

Accountability, self esteem, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.

Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:


  1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
  2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros and calories and supplements)
  3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
  4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)

Hey mate,

If you are looking to bulk I would keep it simple with just Test and Deca, like 500T and 400 Deca- and go the full 16weeks due to the long ester. If you don't want to take AI's put a little EQ in (what AI's have you tried? I find aromasin fine and don't feel anything). Test and Deca has worked for decades and decades so no need to re0invent the wheel. Of course if you want it to be a bit more of a lean bulk you can take the doses down a little.
I did a test/deca stack and started with 6 weeks of dbol for a kickstart and was fine with that.

Deca best for a bulk, then EQ. Primo not really a bulking steroid.
Dbol will make your liver work but if you are only on it for 4-6 weeks it is temporary and you will recover.
Masteron doesn't really work as an AI, just masks symptoms - a better choice is EQ in a bulk (EQ is very versatile either bulking or cutting)
I would also get some proviron if using Deca. It will also free up more test so you could use a lower dose of test and Deca (and thus help avoid the gyno)

I honestly hate deca though. I think you can make fine agains alone on test and EQ, just run longer, 16 weeks minimum.

Regarding the gyno, just save up for the surgery bro. If you're going to be gyno prone, might as well get it, get it removed and never worry about it again.

But before talking stacks you need to get a full training and diet log up because right now we do not know your calories, macros, training loads, sleep, or how you actually grow on cruise versus blast.
Start a proper log now with daily food, bodyweight, lifts, sleep, and sides so the EVO family can see why size stalled before and guide you in your next cycle set up instead of guessing. 15min to start and will change your life :D

I love deca - but yeah its all personal experience. And yep test + EQ can do wonders too.
