Clean rest dayYesterday I had a rest day so I did my cardio and hit the sauna for a bit and had a poke bowl for an off plan meal. Got back in the gym for a quick workout this afternoon before going and hanging out with my parents and some other family members this evening. Chest, back, and some shoulders. Strength is going up and up and the gains have felt really good. 2 weeks now on Tren and I’m feeling fantastic.

MCT oils is good but wont be like 200 carbs for the pump’ll tell you, shakes are awesome for bulking — you can get a lot of carbs in and it’s easy to consume without too much volumeI also boosted the calories in my shake with MCT oil, which doesn’t trigger extra insulin — a total game-changer
Potatoes, hmmm… I have two recipes I’ve tried:
- I baked them, then blended them with the skin into a mash, added sea salt and dill, and sat down after training in front of the TV. I ended up eating a solid kilogram of potatoes — amazing!
- I cooked sweet potatoes and regular potatoes (2/3 regular, 1/3 sweet), blended them, and added fruit kefir — absolutely delicious. Highly recommend
