Yeah I'm excited to see him on stage, he should place well and have a very good showing. He's been working very hard, Im looking forward to seeing him look nasty on stage. It's nasty or nothing..

Same thing I tell to my hoes.. hahahaha!!!
@RawCutlery thanks my dude!! I appreciate the kind words, and yes sir, We’re coming for it all!! It’s awesome when hard work and allowing GODS PLANS to happen, what you can accomplish! Full steam ahead!! @US-pharmacies

Did chest on Monday and it was a different level. Hit 255 on flat bench for reps, not just a single, which is a big win this far out. Strength is climbing and the body is matching it. I was gassed after that 255 so i dropped weight on incline no reason to hurt myself!!

Vitals were solid this morning.
Blood Pressure: 122/76
Fasted Blood Sugar: 89

Anabolics stay the same, US-Pharmacies.
Test Cyp 100 mg daily
Deca 60 mg daily

Peptides stay the same.
MOTS-C 1 mg daily
GHK-Cu 1.5 mg daily
BPC-157 500 mcg daily
SLU-PPP 1 mg daily
TB-500 5 mg every 5 days
Reta 2.5 mg Monday morning

Food has been going down great. Tightening up the carbs with cleaner choices instead of pizza and hamburgers has made a big difference. More chicken and rice, steak, and ground beef, and the body is clearly recomping. Still sitting around 213 fasted in the morning, but the look is sharper and I can see the changes in the mirror. Photos are from Mar 18 / This moring

Lower body is still a big focus. Calves are getting hit 3–4 times a week, with two heavy days and two high-volume days, all with slow descents and big stretches at the bottom. Glutes, hams, and quads are still on the priority list so the whole frame matches what the upper body is doing.

Pool pump equipment is in and gets installed tomorrow. That’s the first real job rolling and it feels good to see that side of things starting to move. Still keeping my head down, about 18 weeks out from the competition, and I’m happy with where we’re at. Another four or five weeks of pushing and then it’ll be time to really turn the prep on.

I’m looking forward to stepping on stage for the first time and repping Team USP while I do it. Just going to keep stacking days like this until we get there.

Got it. I’ll add those exact tags at the end of your posts from here on out:

Great work, brother, congratulations!

Did shoulders and arms on Tuesday. Shoulders are feeling stronger, and getting some mobility back is making a difference. Chest and upper back stay tight if I don’t stay on top of it, so that’s been a priority. Got some new handles and attachments for the cable machine too, which finally lets me hit proper back angles instead of just rowing with a short bar.

Shoulders and arms

Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4x10 60s
Seated Dumbbell Lateral Partial Raise 3x15 25
Cable Lateral Raise 3x15 20 each side
Rear Delt Cable Fly 3x15 30 each side
Cable Face Pull 3x15 70
EZ‑style Cable Curl 4x10 80
Incline Dumbbell Curl 3x12 30s
Cable Rope Pushdown 4x12 80
Overhead Dumbbell Triceps Extension 3x12 40
Hammer Curl (Dumbbells) 3x10 35s

Vitals this morning

Diet has been consistent. Still running the cleaner approach with more chicken and rice, steak, and ground beef, and we’re about to order a 40 lb bag of flavorless whey from themilkyway.com, about 30 g protein per scoop. Simple, cost-effective, and no extra junk added.

Training-wise the goal is steady progression. I’ve been adding 5–10 pounds per week on lifts when I can, and if I stall, I just stay at that weight until I can hit all the sets and reps clean. No ego, just progression.

Stretching and morning mobility work are starting to pay off. Waking up with less tightness, more trunk rotation, and better core stability. Years of neglecting glutes and hamstrings had me overcompensating on the front side, so now four days of calves and a dedicated glute and hamstring day are helping bring that whole chain online.

Just stacking days, letting the work compound, and building the physique to match the plan.

I was watching a video today bc i don’t have a preacher curl machine so been using an incline bench but found a good variation using row machine and putting elbows on knees. looked intense! @MarkNV

congrats

well done
So pretty cool too bc i’m headed to islam today, well i have to spend the night and they don’t have any rooms available for me to stay in! I’m busting out the camping gear and will hang my hammock and sleep ocean front tonight in btwn two palms trees! I believe i should get my islander card after this!

That is a great idea!! Old school stuff to get things done

I will add my ancillaries list on my post. completely forgot about posting my protocol. def been helping i believe. getting some funds situated for my bloodwork will cost me almost $500 US out here! @eazy_
No shit!! I just priced out some basic tests and it 329.00, damn, it takes 80 bucks just to fill my tank right now. I am going to narrow the tests down to E2, lipids and thyroid
I know my test levels are good….I walk around feeling like a Gorilla with a hard on!!!

I know what you mean. For me, it’s crazy that we pay taxes on top of taxes. Blood tests should be free, not that you have to spend half your paycheck just to get a proper check-up.

Totally!!! Hahahaha oh my gosh they get you coming and they get you going!!!

I really like these conversations, the atmosphere here is amazing. - Evo family ;)
@@HarleyGuy, you really inspired me to work on SLU — I’ll be spending more time in the lab haha.
Hahaha yes brother!! I just caught this post of yours... you work those beakers!! 🔬🧑‍🔬⚗️🧬

Did shoulders and arms on Tuesday. Shoulders are feeling stronger, and getting some mobility back is making a difference. Chest and upper back stay tight if I don’t stay on top of it, so that’s been a priority. Got some new handles and attachments for the cable machine too, which finally lets me hit proper back angles instead of just rowing with a short bar.

Shoulders and arms

Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4x10 60s
Seated Dumbbell Lateral Partial Raise 3x15 25
Cable Lateral Raise 3x15 20 each side
Rear Delt Cable Fly 3x15 30 each side
Cable Face Pull 3x15 70
EZ‑style Cable Curl 4x10 80
Incline Dumbbell Curl 3x12 30s
Cable Rope Pushdown 4x12 80
Overhead Dumbbell Triceps Extension 3x12 40
Hammer Curl (Dumbbells) 3x10 35s

Vitals this morning
Blood Pressure: 120/76
Fasted Blood Sugar: 88

Anabolics – US-Pharmacies
Test Cyp 100 mg daily
Deca 60 mg daily
GH 10 IU nightly

Peptides
MOTS-C 1 mg daily

SLU-PPP 1 mg daily
TB-500 5 mg every 5 days

Your progression sounds solid, and its good the ego doesn't intefere.

Kudos on the mobility work - boring at times, but so vital and worth it to avoid setbacks.

Had a great Easter weekend on the island with the family. Met some very influential people and there are some big things lining up over the next week or two. Once it’s all finalized I’ll share more, but just know we’re about to get serious with real backing behind it.

Relocked in at around 213 fasted this morning. No more playing around. This is bigger than just me and a bodybuilding show now. We’ve got a shot to build something much larger and I want to look the part and live it out.

We finished up the pool and got everything running, and while I was there I found a whole list of issues with other pools, so we’re fixing those next and then moving onto the floors. Schedule is packed, so I’m doing my best to keep structure tight and stay serious with the lifting on top of it.

Still running without a coach for now, hoping to get that locked in over the next week. Handled the weekend pretty well food-wise, had a few drinks but nothing crazy, and we’ll work that off through the week. Roughly three and a half months out, so there’s no fucking about from here.

Leg day is the best workout – welcome back, my friend!
I workout with my 24 year old son now and he hates legs so I told him I'm going to make them be his favourite day because of his hatred of them. Today was our leg day and he said Dad I've never worked legs so hard in my life, and he felt amazing when we left!

Love this, we gotta make it fun for them to stay enthused!!

Let’s treat it like this — good fun in good company

Hell yes brothers! And here was our texts after we left the gym once we both got home. He sent me a pic he took and I wrote back "bonding" and his reply was awesome!

Well boys I’m back, sorry for the absence. Had a few things go down that pulled me off mentally, but we’re locked back in now and moving forward.

Wake up was at 4:30 AM, checked fasted BP/BS 122/83

Did some legs this morning at 5:30 AM and it was a solid high-volume session.

Cardio was done at 17:00 – 30 minutes to keep things tightening up.

Trained clients today too, 5 females in a bootcamp class, 50-second rounds, 6 stations, and they absolutely killed it. Still building other people up while I’m pushing for this show.

We’re 47 days out from stepping on stage at the Labrada Classic in Houston on August 1st. First show, but we are looking good. This week’s check-in came in at 204, tightening up and coming in nicely. No more drifting mentally, time to finish this the right way.
