Approved Log Training Nutrition Cycle Daily Log

Did chest yesterday.

Session was solid front to back, chest and shoulders took a beating in a good way. Focus was on tension, control, and keeping everything in that mid to shortened range where I can really feel the tissue working.

Cable Fly 4x15
Incline Cable Fly 3x8
Incline Cable Press 4x12
Chest Pullovers to failure
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4x12
Mid-Range Lateral Raises 3x to failure
Shoulder 4-Way 3x8

Vitals were clean this morning.
Blood Pressure: 118/72
Fasted Blood Sugar: 78

Anabolics are steady, all daily.
Test Cyp 100 mg daily
Deca 60 mg daily
GH 10 IU nightly

Peptides stay consistent.
MOTS-C 1 mg daily
GHK-Cu 1.5 mg daily
BPC-157 500 mcg daily
SLU-PPP 1 mg daily
TB-500 5 mg every 5 days
Reta 2.5 mg Monday morning

Workflow is the same, just moving forward and getting stronger. I feel like I’m filling out more now: scale is climbing, food is going down, and the mirror is starting to show it. We’ve got macros to hit, but coach has me on an open-style diet for now since everything is fresh here! Flour tortillas, corn tortillas, local ingredients, so I’ve got flexibility to play with different recipes while still hitting the numbers. Once we get closer to show, it’ll tighten down into a strict meal plan.

I’ll be flying back to the States in the next week or so to watch a build go up so I can start replicating it here in Belize. About to be the pool guy out here anything pool-related, I plan on taking over that lane.

My daughter turned five yesterday. We set up a beachfront movie night for her! Popcorn boxes, Candyland theme, candy everywhere, and a big projector right in front of the ocean. She loved it. It still blows my mind that this is our life now, getting to do things with my kids I never could’ve pulled off in the States. It’s not even about the money; it’s the tempo of life here. Slower pace, more time together, and with a nanny cooking and cleaning, we’re freed up to actually live as a family instead of just manage chores.

Daytime is for estimates and building the work, nights are for the family. That balance is everything.

What an epic lifestyle bro. Just awesome 🩵

Great update bro, love the pics and your workouts. Is there somewhere we can help with funding ? Im sure you guys can make a little go a long way
@Freki Appreciate you even offering, that means a lot.

There’s already a local foundation started by a high school counselor here, Mrs Wade, called I Care. Instead of reinventing anything, I’m stepping in to help her tighten it up, bring funding in, and push it the right way. I’ve got the contacts to organize things, so I want to support her foundation and give her the credit while helping move it forward.

There’s also a need at my kids’ lower school for a fence around the smaller kids’ area, and the high school cafeteria situation needs restructuring, prices are high and some kids can’t afford the food. Long term, I want to help lower costs and make it sustainable.

Let me gather the exact details on how the foundation receives funds and I’ll come back with something solid. But for real, I appreciate you being willing to help.

Awesome update mate!

That leg workout looks like a bit of a killer with those high reps.

Sounds like you're really getting shit done over there!

The photos are awesome!
The actual view is even better! I’m just allowing Gods work to shine! I’ve always had this type of stuff on my heart and now i just finally get to do it! @waggat

Holy shit broooo!!! I just got caught up on your log and you look fantastic. I see some big time density and growth. That pic on your 41st birthday really shows your size.

This is one awesome log bro and was super fun to read you make every log update exciting!

I was shocked when I read this I woulda cleaned them out at that price!

This gave me a chuckle this is the way to do legs!

I was like nooooooo

And then oh ok! ✅

Love the life balancing here. Family, work, and training with EVO all balanced. Great work bro and good Dad.

I love your peptides having that many on board I'm learning is dedication I have almost that many now.

@liftedlivingwithlegacy you're living the life, man. That's awesome. I'm glad you can enjoy time with your family and not have the stresses of living in the States.

Did chest yesterday.

I'm doing something like this today

Did check-in today and the scale is still moving the right way. Last week was 211, this week 213.8. Weight is climbing, but condition is staying reasonably tight, which is exactly the balance I want heading toward 225.

Food is staying as clean as possible, just pushing more of it so we don’t blur the lines on the way up. The goal is to grow, not wash out. Every meal is an opportunity to move the look forward, not just the number.

Hitting shoulders and arms today. I’ll post a little video later so there’s a visual to go with the work. Strength and fullness are both starting to show up more in the upper body.

Sitting at 23 weeks and 3 days out from show day, and it’s starting to feel real. It’s going to be a surreal moment having my kids in the crowd seeing me on stage looking like a superhero. @US-pharmacies

Seems like you have a great family. @liftedlivingwithlegacy I will admit I'm very jealous. Things didn't work out with my family. We all kind of split up in our own ways.

I absolutely love that you posted that meat invoice! That's a first, and mouth watering!

My name will be household by 2027.
I believe this bro you have the passion and continue to after you posted this, keep going!

It’s crazy how God works, I’m over here helping shift an entire village’s health habits, hoping it trickles down into the athletic program too.

He walked me through an accident where I thought I lost it all, just to line me up to gain it all.
I was thinking of the above two quotes today and realized God was tapping me on the shoulder for so long and I ignored it and it took a sledgehammer finally to get me to the 12-step program. Then I found EVO and now my service to others is being fulfilled through my 12th step and EVO. With 4 children of my own and 3 step kids, two pensions and a side job, my sponsees with 12-step and EVO I'm not feeling fulfilled in every way especially spiritually. I do fall at times emotionally with anger (PTSD etc, not relapses) but I get back up again and Step 10 it.

That balance is everything.
Your mindset is amazing brother.

Finally got all my gear and everything in!!
Okayyyyy *twiddling fingers*... let's goooo!!!

this entire move was for the kids
Love this!!

Did legs yesterday!!

Session was a full hit, quads, hams, and calves all got worked. Focus was on control, range, and just stacking hard sets. Legs are slowly starting to look the way they’re supposed to.

Bulgarian Split Squat 4x12
Hack Squat 3x10
Leg Press 4x15
RDL 3x15
Straight-Leg Dumbbell Deadlifts 3x15
Double-Leg Calf Raises (Leg Press) 4x20
Single-Leg Calf Raises 4x20 + 1 set to failure

Vitals looked solid today.
Blood Pressure: 118/72
Fasted Blood Sugar: 82

Anabolics stay steady, all daily.
Test Cyp 100 mg daily

Check in looked good a little fluffy, guess those extra pieces of cake held on! I know where we get the Dad bod, no food will go to waste!!
Weight: 214

Had a great day at the high school. Met with the teaching staff and talked to around 250 seniors about health, fitness, structure, and discipline, and how that carries over into everything they’ll do moving forward in life. We did a push-up competition i had to take it did 64, but this senior ran up to 58 i started to get nervous! This whole week is basically stacked with different groups of kids, all centered around health and fitness, which feels like exactly where I’m supposed to be.

I’m already thinking bigger. I want to push the idea of building a state-of-the-art facility out here, female-only boot camps, full weight training, and a boxing/MMA/wrestling setup all under one roof. Interest is growing and people actually seem ready to change their health, which makes me think this could be the start of something that eventually spreads across the country.

Construction is still moving forward in the background. We’re ordering materials and equipment, getting things shipped so we can finish out current projects, and lining up my flooring system to get it out here so I can finally lay it down and see what I can build with it.

One step at a time, training, business, and impact all moving in the same direction.

Spoke to another 250 kids yesterday and it felt locked in. Got the jitters out on Monday and nailed it on Tuesday, had them engaged, locked in, and having fun. We ran a tug-of-war and a dumbbell push-up challenge, and it’s still wild to be in a spot where kids and teachers are coming to me for guidance on health and discipline.

We’re still pushing forward on helping the school with the food issue and ministering to the kids. Been talking with local businesses about using extra “waste” food at the end of the day instead of tossing it, even something as simple as cooked chicken. Plan is to grab that, buy a 55 lb bag of flour for a local taco/burrito spot, and have them roll burritos and package them up for the kids. Win-win, local business gets love, and the kids get to eat.

Only downside was during the tug-of-war I jumped in to hype the crowd and ended up with about 15 kids and a teacher pulling against me and 7 kids on my side. Knee took a shot, bit of swelling and some stability issues, but no real pain. Staying positive. I’ve pushed through knee pain before, and if something is off, I’m confident I can get it fixed and come back better. @HarleyGuy we about to put that stack to use see how fast this heals up!

Head down, keep building! Body, business, and impact.

Amazing uplifting update brother as always! Videos show your passion. You're truly making a difference with everyone in your orbit and that's what matters. Helping others can be executed in many different ways but the best ways are when they feel good for you and lift your spirit, like you're doing.

@HarleyGuy we about to put that stack to use see how fast this heals up!
Sounds good let's do it! Please keep us posted especially about the swelling. @Shakey take a look at his peptide stack for dosing I remember you're considering running everything that @liftedlivingwithlegacy is using atm.

Looks great! I want to prepare a similar article, but about HGH—and how important insulin sensitivity at the cellular level is when using GH and other drugs. With GH, it’s especially crucial because it acts like an insulin-like factor. That’s why huge doses aren’t really necessary.

But first, I need to organize everything properly, then I’ll share it—I’m already officially verified on Evo :)

All the best, gentlemen!

Didn’t get a post up the last few days, between my wife’s grandpa passing, tweaking my knee, and sleep getting thrown off, schedule’s been off. Still showing up.

Did back on Thursday and doubled up with another chest day instead of legs this week. Knee is coming around. I still get some pain if I let it hyperextend, so I’ve been keeping tension in it, keeping a soft bend going down steps or standing up. I’ve hit TB-500 and BPC-157 directly into the knee, so we’ll see how that continues to respond over the next couple weeks.

Sleep has taken a hit with the knee. It’s more the uneasiness and random positions at night that set it off. I’ve been focusing on morning and night stretch/mobility work, but I keep waking up around 03:45 like clockwork and usually don’t get back down until around 5. Been a little sluggish. I’ve been digging into Epithalon and how it might help reset my sleep pattern into a healthier rhythm.

Anabolics are steady, all daily.
Test Cyp 100 mg daily
Deca 60 mg daily
GH 10 IU nightly

Peptides stay consistent.
MOTS-C 1 mg daily
GHK-Cu 1.5 mg daily
BPC-157 500 mcg daily
SLU-PPP 1 mg daily
TB-500 5 mg every 5 days

Vitals were solid this morning.
Blood Pressure: 118/72
Fasted Blood Sugar: 82

We spoke to close to 1,000 kids over the past week. That still feels surreal. To have your voice listened to, sought out, and appreciated is a different kind of fulfillment. Walking through the village or into a shop and hearing “Hey Mr. Earl” or “What’s up, Coach” doesn’t get old. I’ve wanted to make this kind of impact for a long time, and I’m just grateful to be in a position to do it. All glory to God for lining it up.

The feeding program is moving too. We’ve talked with a few local businesses and I’m very confident we’ll have it set up in the next few weeks. When I asked the kids what they ate for lunch, 40–50% said they didn’t eat lunch or breakfast. Took everything in me not to break down hearing some of those stories. One chicken spot is down to donate 5 lb bags of raw chicken, a chicken farm is donating a flat of eggs, a local burrito shop will prep the finished burritos, and one of the farms is donating boxes of bananas. Six bananas cost about fifty cents. We can give these kids a full meal, the businesses get support and exposure, and we’ll run it all through Mrs. Wade! She’s the counselor who’s been serving that school for over 30 years. I might be the one gathering and restructuring it, but she laid the groundwork and deserves the recognition. Long-term, I’d love to push this into a proper, country-backed program. No reason kids should be hungry like this or paying street prices inside an academy.

Now the other high school in the village wants me to come speak, and I’m locked in to do cooking/meal prep and a workout for the teachers’ retreat on March 6th.

I really want to start a gym out here. It’s needed. The people, Especially the kids need structure, discipline, and a place to push themselves physically and mentally. Outside of the financial and environmental hardships they live with, most haven’t really been put under directed physical or mental training stress. From a fitness and mental health standpoint, it’s basically nonexistent. Next target client is the semi-pro basketball team here in the village. They have no real structure or athletic program; half the time they don’t even know who the coach will be until a few months out. That’s a gap I plan to fill.

Check-in this week was 214. Scale didn’t move, but I still feel like we’re growing. Strength is climbing, chest feels fuller, and legs are thickening up. About 21 weeks out, no letting off the gas.

Food has been locked in with the open plan. Still weighing everything and hitting the macro targets, just with more freedom on food choices. We’ll tighten it up into a stricter layout as we get closer to the show.

Meal 1: 1.5 cups oats, 2 scoops protein, 1 banana
Meal 2: 350 g rice, 220 g chicken with garlic cream sauce
Meal 3: 250 g cassava nachos, 200 g ground beef
Meal 4: 180 g beef bolognese, 350 g rice
Pre-workout: 2 pieces banana bread, 1 tbsp honey
Intra: 40 g dextrose
Post-workout: 1 piece banana bread, 40 g dextrose, 2 scoops protein
Meal 5: 200 g Greek yogurt, 3 tbsp honey, 3 rice cakes

On the work side, things are lined up to move. I’ll be doing a quartz epoxy flooring system in the resort kitchen on Manta Island soon, plus topping the steps with a cement system and giving it a big stone look. If I lay this floor clean, that lane opens wide up. We’re starting to link with distributors and the more time I spend in the office with the owners, the more ways I see to be useful and streamline all their future renovations and builds.

I’m also stepping into Venetian plaster and marbled wall finishes. Everything here is cement, which means there’s real opportunity to specialize in decorative walls for resorts. I’ve already floated the idea with two resorts and both said they need it.

On top of that, my sponsor US-Pharmacies is finally approved on here. It’s been a solid run with them so far, fast shipping and consistent gear, and I’ve been with them for over seven months now. Looking forward to seeing where that partnership goes. @US-pharmacies

We’re 21 weeks out. Just keep moving forward, stay consistent, and let the work add up.

Thanks for taking the time for this update. It's always good to see the peptide line up that people are putting together. Yours seems fantastic for energy, healing, and for fat loss. I think it's a great stack. @liftedlivingwithlegacy

Welcome to EVO @James Creeper

Are you currently cycling yourself too? Tell us more about yourself if you'd like to start a log.
I am part of team USP, and would not mind logging here too, right now in a bulk, low gear. 30 test, 60 primo 60 mast. Blast in March. I have been doing this off and on for a while now. But finally found my family support I needed in team usp. I dropped a ton of fat over the last year at 42 I was 265 fat ass, and dropped to 145, now 185 as of this morning. And pretty ripped. At 44 and making old age run off for the time being.

Welcome to EVO @James Creeper please start up a log we'd love to hear your story including the one you sent me in DM's.

HOW and WHY TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?
Accountability, self esteem, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
Please post a Log Journal ASAP for us

There has been almost a quarter million members on here and almost two million posts with over a thousand podcasts so your Log Journal will be taken care of here! Evolutionary.org is the most visited steroid community in the world (fact!).

Here's how:

Please click the anabolic forum

https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/forums/anabolic-steroids-and-peds.2/
top RIGHT you will see: +POST THREAD
click that

In Title: write your cycle name, like> My _____ Cycle Log
___ = the name of your log
example: My testosterone cycle Log
In body: write your planned cycle or cycle you doing now, your diet, training, your body weight, supps, etc and we will help you along on your cycle or help you decide when it's time.

For example: What are your supplements?

Are you taking high doses Vitamin C?
what digestive supps you use?
Apple Cider Vinegar with mother?
digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?
psyllium husk?

Here are examples of LOG Journals you can choose to use as your template:

P.S. are you listening to our podcast? if not, you should. This podcast is about steroids, sarms, peptides, and bodybuilding:

P.P.S. download our eBooks and learn more:

Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:

1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros, calories and supplements specific to your goal)
3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)

Definitely getting stronger. Goal is to keep bumping the chest lifts up slowly week to week, if I clear all the sets and reps at a given weight, I’ll go up the next week. If I can get to repping 275–315 for multiple sets, the chest is going to follow.

Food is going down well. The nanny’s been making me a personal pizza every day, pepperoni and ground beef, which has been an easy way to push calories. Swapped lunch to a shake with the heat getting real out here so digestion stays smooth and I’m not overly full during the hottest part of the day.

On the work side, I’ve got material coming in over the next few weeks and I’m looking at laying my first flooring system here soon. That quartz epoxy system is going into a kitchen at the resort on Manta Island, plus topping the steps with a cement system to give it a big stone look. If I put this floor down clean, it opens things up in a big way.

Child Early Development week so my daughter and about 5 adjacent districts brought their preschoolers to have a parade and celebrate them! Reminded me of being back in new orleans minus the 1000’s of people on the streets going crazy for the bands!

Got a shipment coming in from USP and I’m still working on dialing in a more consistent shipping flow. Hard climate to move through with everything going on in Mexico! A lot of drivers don’t want to roll that route right now, and I don’t blame them.

My mother-in-law is in town and my wife’s birthday is in two days, so it’s going to be a solid, family-heavy week. We’re going to check out the bioluminescent waters out here, when the water gets stirred up and glows from the algae along the shoreline, it’s a wild experience.

We’re 20 weeks out. Just keep pressing, keep getting stronger, and let the work stack.

Bros, nice. I showed my wife a picture of that. @liftedlivingwithlegacy she definitely said she could make it for me .. I haven't had mac and cheese in a long time since I was a kid back in Bama.
Here you go bro! I added a lil bit of green pepper Maria Sharpe’s, give it that bit of kick! @ceo

Did legs today.

Leg Press 4x15 270
Single-Leg Press 3x10 180
Hack Squat 3x12 90
Walking Lunge 3x15 20s
RDL 4x20 40
Straight-Leg Deadlift 4x20 40

First day back on legs in about three weeks and it felt good. Knee held up with no pain, just a little caution. Plan is to ease into it, keep tension, and let the body tell me when to push instead of forcing it.

Vitals were solid this morning.
Blood Pressure: 121/75
Fasted Blood Sugar: 88

Meals are going down smooth and I’ve been really liking the open meal plan. Personal pizza in the morning has been clutch, 120 g flour gives me around 100 g of carbs to start the day. Still running the flour and corn tortillas, and beef or steak has been sitting better than chicken lately, so I may switch up how I cook the chicken to make it easier.

Work is lining up. Material should be here in the next few weeks so I can get that kitchen floor down at Manta and the stairs done at Coco Plum. We might also be building a first-run home soon to help pull a crew together, and the subdivision is about to be cut and ready to build on.

Brother, there’s nothing more beautiful than family. Much respect.

Took Tuesday off from training.

Used the day to get things moving on the property side. We went up the hill to look at a resort that’s being built. They’re talking about having me put a floor down in the gym and spa area, so I’ll post some photos as that develops. Material is already in-country for the floors at Manta and Coco Plum, just sitting in customs. Once that clears and they lock in a good week for me, I’ll be out there grinding, prepping, and laying the quartz epoxy system! Broadcasting the colored sand into wet epoxy, letting it cure, then sealing over the top.

Legs are feeling great. Knee held up really well during the last session, no pain, good pump, and solid confidence. I started light and I’ll probably stay on the lighter, higher-rep side for another week or two just to build that stability and confidence back, then we’ll start nudging the weight up as the body allows.

Mentally, I’m just working on staying grounded. In the past, when things didn’t move as fast as I wanted, I’d get anxious and start chasing side hustles or forcing opportunities. Out here I’m trying to trust the process more keep working, stay patient, and let the right doors open instead of clawing at everything.

We’ve locked in almost an acre lot and we’ll start pegging out the foundation soon so we can pour and build my house. It backs up to a river in a quiet family subdivision. Two of my cousins already have lots and are building there now, so even though it’s not the 15–20 acre compound I pictured growing up, my kids still get to grow up surrounded by their cousins. That’s a win!

Did back and bis yesterday.

PUps 3x5/5/5/5 (hold 5 sec/rep 5 / hold 5sec/rep 5)
One-Arm Lat Pulls 4x8 95#
T-Handle Seated Rows 4x12 80#, 90, 95, 95
Barbell Rows 3x8–10 155#, 175, 175
Reverse Flys 3x20 35#
Hammer Curls 3x10 45#, 50, 50
Barbell Curls 3x12 65#
Preacher Curls 3x8 40# dumbbells

Back felt really good this session. Main focus now is starting to bring the biceps up. We haven’t typically trained arms directly, and I’ve been feeling a little bicep pain on some pulling movements, so the plan is to build them up over the next few months so they’re not the weak link while everything else grows.

Started back up on morning cardio. Feels good to have that structure again. Took some time off with the knee so I wouldn’t aggravate it, but it feels right getting up early and knocking it out again.

Did chest and tris Thursday and it was a big one.

Incline Dumbbell 3x20, 12, 8 41.5 kg
Flat Dumbbell 3x5, 5, 5 41.5 kg
High Cable Flys (Lower Focus) 3x15 50#
Low Cable Flys (Upper Focus) 3x15 40, 45#
Dumbbell Overhead Pulls slow reps 3x10 45#
Pushups to Failure 2x12, 8
Tricep Pushdowns Rope 3x12 60, 65, 65#
Tricep Overhead 3x12 40#
Tricep Kickbacks 3x12 25#

It was fucking awesome. We threw up the 90s for three sets and I was feeling it on that first one, so I pushed 20, 12, 8 on incline. Definitely turned heads in the gym. It’s a small spot so when I start moving weight and grunting, everyone watches. This is by far the strongest and most well rounded I’ve ever been outside of legs, and we’ll bring those up once the knee is fully ready.

The downside is I tweaked my lower back. Probably from the first leg day back with tight quads. Something grabbed in my low back at the end of the workout and it lit me up all Friday. I was laid up most of the day with a heat pad, then rolling and stretching quads and hips to get things to calm down. I’ve been digging into how much fascia, hydration, and movement play into lower back pain and it makes sense to me to use more rhythmic work and ball-based movement instead of just aggressive static stretching on cold tissue.

Hamstrings have been a long-term weak point. I tore one back in Thailand doing parachute sprints without a proper warmup and never rehabbed it right. I just avoided loading it for years, which basically ruined a lot of BJJ and MMA training and kept that whole chain weak. Only in the last few years have I actually started training them properly and now they’re finally starting to tolerate tension, but they’re still behind. That’s why glutes, hamstrings, and calves are going to be a main focus from here.

I’ve also been thinking more about adding Pilates, yoga, and rotational work with kettlebells or plates. Core looks good, but it’s not truly strong or stable the way it needs to be to support what I’m trying to do. I’ve started vacuum training, 5 rounds to failure, and I can already feel how much stronger trunk work and better stability would protect the back and let me train harder. I need to stop treating my body like it’s fragile and rebuild it to be durable.

We’re sitting at 215 fasted and I like the look. Plan is to keep growing for the next month or so, let the strength and size keep climbing, then start tightening things down as we move into the show phase. Classic all the way, no hiding weak points.

Started the week off yesterday with some legs.

Leg Press Calf Raises 3x15 2 plates
(3 sec descent, 1 sec hold at bottom, 1 sec contraction, 1 sec hold at contraction)
Hack Squat 4x12 70
Leg Press 4x10 4 plates each side
Heel Elevated Kettlebell Squats 3x15
Bulgarian Split Squat 3x10 (quad focus) 20
Superset each leg, 20 reps per set, no rest
Bulgarian Split Squat 3x10 (glute focus) 20
Straight-Leg Deadlifts Barbell 85

Knee is feeling great. I’ve started using wraps for some added support and legs felt solid start to finish. Plan now is to really focus on lower body this last push of prep and squeeze as much progress as possible out of the next 2–3 months. Wobbled out of the gym, which is exactly what I wanted.

On the business side, we’ve officially launched the subdivision for sale. We’ve got 20 lots around 0.4 acres each, with riverfront starting around 50K. Goal is not just to sell them but to be the contractor on as many of these builds as possible.

I’m scheduled to do the steps at Coco next Wednesday and handle some finish touch-up work to help close out the bar and restaurant build. Just got back from the island today after doing the topo survey so we can get everything over to the designer for the putt-putt course and pickleball court projects. Really excited to see that move from idea to ground.

Diet is still very consistent. Staple of the day is the morning pizza, weighed and tracked, roughly 90–100 g carbs with 8 oz ground beef and some pepperoni. I’ve also added a shake with oats and protein for another meal because it’s way easier to get down than more rice and chicken, especially in the heat. Food is doing its job.

Just staying focused, letting the body guide the load on legs, and keeping everything moving toward show day.

Indeed i do hack at the very end right before caves i do rapid hacks trying ro burn out the quads keeping ad much flexing and tension in my legs as possible while doing them.
I’ve been putting at front bc i’m just starting using the machine and my legs are weeeeeaaaak on it! hahaha but in my defense hack squat is a very humbling exercise!

Food has been doing good and everything is starting to tighten up. We pulled the pizza and went back to morning protein shakes, rice, and potatoes for the other meals instead of the homemade fries and hamburgers, so the diet is a lot cleaner now. The macros are staying the same, just cleaner carbs, and the scale is only down about a pound over the last three days, which is a good sign because we’re tightening up instead of crashing.

Sleep is still something I need to get under control. I’m trying to force myself to sleep on my back because if I stay on my side too long my shoulder wakes me up throbbing and I can barely lift it when I get up. The shoulders are getting hunched in from the chest work, so I’m waking up a lot and tossing and turning. I picked up magnesium and I’m getting a nighttime stack from coach, so I’m going to start running that and see if it helps smooth things out.

Vitals were solid this morning.
Blood Pressure: 119/74
Fasted Blood Sugar: 87

Anabolics are the same.
Test Cyp 100 mg daily
Deca 60 mg daily
GH 10 IU nightly

Peptides are the same.
MOTS-C 1 mg daily
GHK-Cu 1.5 mg daily
BPC-157 500 mcg daily
SLU-PPP 1 mg daily
TB-500 5 mg every 5 days
Reta 2.5 mg Monday morning

I’m happy with the growth. Calves and glutes are getting more attention now, and legs are still a big focus. That’s the part that matters if I want to bring a complete package on stage in July and then rebound and add more size again for November. Funny thing is my hamstrings and glutes got smoked just from working out with one of my female clients in the morning. They were still sore from Monday, which tells me they’re finally getting some real attention. By the time I step on stage, I want quads, hams, glutes, and calves all brought up together.

I’m really happy with the anabolic and peptide stack right now and haven’t made any changes. Hoping to get blood drawn in the next week or two. Funds are tight, but US Pharmacies has been solid through everything, especially with the shipping issues and helping me stay set up two months ahead. I appreciate that support more than they know.

Real estate is moving too. We’re looking to start a real estate company in the next week or so and getting in touch with lawyers to finalize everything. Belize doesn’t really have the same licensing structure yet, but they are moving toward making it more official, so I want to get in early and maybe be grandfathered in. I’m thinking Anchor Holdings & Estates, but I’m open to ideas. Something island, water, property, and vibe related could work too.

Still locked in for July. We’re basically in prep already. Coach is off the table for the next month because money is tight after the wreck and the move, but once things settle I’ll pick that back up. Right now the goal is just stay clean, keep moving forward, and grow into the show.

Have a meeting with the resort owner to go over the steps I’m doing. There are three sets, so it should be a good intro. If I do it right, it should open more doors, and other contractors are already pushing me toward getting a storefront so I can start selling material directly. I also talked to an excavating company to dig out grade beams and get ready for the slab pour, so hopefully that gets rolling in the next few weeks. Once that’s moving, we’ll be able to start setting up my house and another one we want to build with the counters, floors, and wall accents I do.

Just keeping the head down and moving day by day. See y’all tomorrow.

Hows Mots-c treating you I have heard alot of things about it

I’ve been putting at front bc i’m just starting using the machine and my legs are weeeeeaaaak on it! hahaha but in my defense hack squat is a very humbling exercise!
You aren't kidding first time I used it was earlier last year when my gym got one, i put 180lbs on it and it felt heavy as hell lol, 200lbs for 15 is my best so far, typically i keep it at 180lbs or under and do burn out reps gets a wicked pump at the end which i enjoy. Leg Press by far is my favorite movement I just love pressing the weight for reps.
