I live in Mexico and everybody put hot shit on everything. I hate peppers and anything spicy, but look into the health benefits of peppers, its pretty amazing, and low fat.

Dont even start....I dont like beans either, but I get a pass cuz I love beer and tequila. LOL
If you are on a serious bulk, you might want to approach food like any other exercise. I know we should enjoy what we eat, but sometimes it is hard especially when you are adding meals. I honestly learned to just eat, it didnt matter if it tasted great, hot, cold, whatever...like doing extra sets. Except for spicy or beans!

Great minds think alike, I also use honey and dip my chicken, or other meat in it that way if I do use seasoning it actually stays on he meat and get baked right into it! and the fact is honey is delicious.
