Yeah when I go to my community gym they have a dip belt. Ive got one at home, I just have never tried taking it to a planet fitness. Figured they have a stroke there lol. I need to find a better gym. Its just they are everywhere, with the way I travel for work it's just convenient.

Yeah i get it about the cookie cutter gyms, i was a Zoo member years ago and felt awkward sometimes.

Glad I found the gym I am at. I might have to relocate to vegas or something, i hear they have some good ones. Same with Jersey but the people down there are ass👌's

I need to drop the fats down some. Carbs have been ok where they are. Might scale them back a little towards the end of the month right before vacation.

strong shoulder press but remember overheads always dont go higher than 12 rep weight so try 70s or lower, overheads are the main way to injure shoulders :D @floridaman1984
